What a shame the owner operator is one nasty person. ( Thank you internet reviews)

I ordered a tray for Fathers day and the gentlemen on the phone who took my order a very nice guy and knew what he was talking about told me they had a tray for 19.00 pre made and he would have no problem adding eclairs to the mix at no extra charge... WoW how nice right?

Well just checked my online banking and was charged 39.00 ???? For a tray that feeds like 25 people... for just my Dad... What a gift "enough eclairs to feed 25 people!!!

So I called thinking well simple mistake right? The owner gets on the phone and she ripped me a new you know what...

She said her food is quality and she provides great service defending why she should keep my money for over charging me for her companies simple mistake...

She never really did let me get in 2 words in our conversation she was just ready to fight... Then she hung up on me... Really!!!!!

They must be hurting like most other family run business these days so need to keep what ever money they can get from customers.

To loss a customer over $15.00 these days you must be desperate. This lady must have been having a pretty hard day to be talking the way she did to anyone but can you imagine her own customers who give her our hard earned money...

Lets give our money to the family run business who care about their customers and are grateful for the business and not the one who steals peoples money and charge their credit cards whatever charge they want. This is Robbery!

P.S. The food is not that great ether... What a shame Don Giovanni's Classic Bakery 346 W St Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053 (just so there's not mistake on who I am talking about)

My stories long.. so TLDR; The food and staff are absolutely amazing. Walking into Don Giovanni's instantly feels like "home" to me. The smells, the quaint parking lot, and the hustle and bustle inside.. is a feeling I can't describe. It's something you MUST experience!

I moved to Delaware 3 years ago.. and I DREAM about Don Giovanis too often. I was up in PA today and pre-ordered a large order of food. It's not often I come back "home".. but when I do.. I'm grabbing pepperoni knots for sure!

We hit traffic and we're late. I called and said we were running late.. and we were even later than anticipated. All of our food we ordered was still HOT 30 minutes after my LATE time.

They packaged everything so securely.. I had trouble sneaking the garlic knots on our THREE hour ride home. 10/10.. seriously there's a chance I would have devoured them all in that time. 🤣

My husband was waiting with anticipation at the garage door for his roast pork italiano.. he heated up half of it..then remembered.. the sandwiches are so large... he can only eat 1/4th of it!

The pizza traveled 3 hours (in traffic) and was still so beyond delicious...I'm not a cold pizza eater.. but gosh.. I'd eat don giovanis pizza cold everyday if that was an option.

I'm self centered and only took pictures of the pepperoni knots... so that's what I'm sharing.. but.. seriously.. if you're struggling to decide where to order from.. just do it.. but he prepared for a delicious food coma!

Meanwhile... to the owners... I've made friends in DE who are TRYING (and failing) at making pepperoni knots even somewhat edible. If you share you're recipe.. your's will ALWAYS be better and I'll...

The Tiramisu is incredible!! Best I have found anywhere in a long time. They have fresh made mozzarella balls which are delicious and beats driving to South Philly for them. I normally love their Jewish Apple cake but the last couple times I bought those they have been very dry. They have really nice assorted mini dessert trays when you need to take something to a party or something ( very reasonable) Also, the staff is really nice and always greets you with a smile. It’s 7/21/24 and I am adding on to a review I posted a while ago. We ordered a special cake for my nieces 18th Birthday. Her Golden birthday. We ordered a large round Death by Vanilla with Gold writing. When we arrived to pick up they said oh we had been waiting for you. The lady that writes on the cakes said GOLD doesn’t come out looking gold. It always looks yellow, we appreciated her waiting and explaining this. She offered suggestions and then we went with black writing with gold balls on it. We wanted it to look special….more elegant than traditional birthday cakes and they delivered. The cake was GORGEOUS and my niece loved it. When She first saw it she said so elegant and we knew we got it right. The cake...
