This restaurant is in a plaza. There is plenty of parking. There is no wheelchair accessible entrance or parking. However they have 4 reserved parking spots in their lot which you never have to worry about a parking spot. My daughter used the bathroom. She stated it was clean except the floor was sticky. I've been going here for years. I had moved to another location. So, I rarely come here. My husband and I ordered a big order. Which the restaurant left out wings. My husband called them and they said they would refund him the money. He didnt see it a few days later, so he called them to ask what happened. The employee replied that they were not refunding the money for the 8 wings. They take your phone number instead for future credit. So he left his phone number for the next time we would come. Which you already know it would be weeks later. We arrived today and Evan was the employee who helped us. He looked up the phone number and applied the credit of the 8 missing traditional wings. I ordered me some food too. I recommend Wings To Go. Updated visit July 27... I talked to one of the cashiers and she stated they share with Abington health handicap parking which is on side of building. I posted new pictures of the restaurant and bathroom. Floor was still sticky and cold water for washing hands. It took an hour to get my food from the phone call order to me leaving with wings. Also to the manager. I see there is handicap parking. Read moreOn 8/31/2021 I visited Wings to Go Feasterville. Normally this would be my go to spot for wings. I ordered online 32 boneless wings for the Tuesday special. The app used by WTG is Chow Now. When the order is submitted they give the customer an order number. I placed the number in my phone app ORDER #149733097. I got to the establishment my order was not ready. Place was not crowded but I was ok with that and was prepared to wait. I felt maybe they got behind with online orders. Unfortunately, the person that was behind the counter was not at all pleasant. I got the impression by the way she spoke at me (not to me) she may be having a bad day. When I presented the order # given me on THEIR APP she sarcastically stated they need a name not a number. Like its my fault I'm following the app protocol. We all have bad days. Unfortunately she became condescending not once but twice. At that point I canceled my order and left. It is important for WTG to understand I wanted the food. Otherwise I would not have ordered it. Had it been ready when I arrived I would have gladly enjoyed it. I also would have waited for it. This establishment has wonderful food. This review should not reflect poor food quality. As that is far from the case. I have always had good quality food there and excellent service. This review is to state the importance of being polite to that group of people that patronize the establishment. As a customer I will continue to patronize WTG because they do have high quality standards and wonderful food, I will simply be more selective of the time...
Read moreDo not go unless you want to get a second dinner somewhere else. Wings to go has gone down in quality. Even lack customer service. We’ve ordered quite a bit before tonight. Once had one problem a year or so ago and called the store they quickly solved the problem. But tonight was far different we Ordered wings tonight on half price boneless night. Order them to be cooked but not over done. When we opened the box they were basically chicken jerky soaked in mild sauce…. cold/dry. When we got them home ( which is a couple mins away) found the issue. From pervious experience the mild sauce is more liquify when warm/hot. The sauce was very creamy and Cold like the wings. Very unhappy so we figured we would reach out to the store and give them a chance to redeem themselves. Called and informed them of the problem figuring they would fix it. They said the wings are not over cooked and they have to be cooked for 8 mins according to the regulations. And that their sauce is made in store and that is usually creamy. Seemed like someone new working there. When we had a problem before we called they fixed it and we ate our dinner later then usual. But tonight they didn’t want to fix anything. So I kindly let the woman on the phone know we now need to find something else to eat. She basically said ok. So now Were out 16 dollars and have to find something else to eat. Way to go wings to go. Not my business anymore. So much for eat local, DONT EAT HERE.
