This is a prime example of what happens when when you hire people who have no pride in the job they do. I understand if you make 100 thimgs the same time, statistics prove your gonna have a bad one. However everytime I have gotten food from here it's been a mess. Today was kinda the final step, I ordered those cream cheese filled bagel bites. I have gotten then before and the are usually cold in the center so I squeeze it before I eat it. The bread was soft so I tossed it in my mouth and bit down only to realize the very center had ice still In it and I broke a piece of tooth on it. Your employees' negligence is actually putting people at risk. It's all fun and games to them, the just come in and milk the clock. This should be your wake-up call because, if that had been an employee of mine, he would be looking for a new job right now, food is not a place to mess around. People get sick and die, when food is not prepared I'm a safe manner. If you don't fix the issues with your employees I grantee, eventually a chipped tooth will be the least of your issues, someone will get sick, if your employees don't care about the quality of the food and I get it, it's a dd, but the risk of cross contamination, and a lack of quality control, usually leads to someone sick. On top of all this, coffee has what 5 ingredients in it. Water, sugar, cream, the coffee itself, and the cup. I asked for a French vanilla coffee with extra cream and sugar, you gave me plain with creme but no sugar or vanilla. Just go to wawa, I'm from the south we didn't have wawa for a long time, I'm use to dd, but I can't afford the...
Read moreIn late October, I visited this location as I wanted some coffee and didn’t feel like finding parking somewhere else... I regret the decision. Nothing ever changes, seemingly.
It was roughly 8AM, and several cars were in the drive-thru, which is understood; but what isn’t was the “speed” of service for those cars. I figured that it would be quicker to go inside, but to my disMAY the opposite was true ;back to that later.
I walk in to the dining area, which was clean. Went into the men’s restroom before ordering, and it was the opposite of the former. Toilet tissues all over the floor, and streaks in the bowl... recent? If it were, I could see excusing it for a bit.
When ordering my donut and iced coffee, the woman was friendly enough (if it weren’t for that, I’d give only one star). Unfortunately, she did take her time.
The munchkins were served in a drink container, which would’ve been accepted if they weren’t stale. My iced coffee (two creams, two sugars aka double double) with caramel had a very odd taste, almost chemical like.... in other words, not drinkable.
I’ve had similar experiences before, and that’s on me for not making a change. I’m only in the area a few times a year however, and I suppose I hope that something will change even though it never does.
Hopefully I’ll remember that this will...
Read moreWorst God-Awful employee ever berating customers for her own shortcomings and causing havoc among the other employees by loudly directing rude and demeaning comments their way. A Piney with a problem who made customers feel like THEY were the problem, and constantly spoke out loud to no one in particular about her being made a manager because she is “competent”.
She demanded a receipt from a customer who had received his drinks but not his food. She looked at the receipt and brought him a sandwich. When he said that he had order hash browns too she barked at him telling him that he should have told her that when she got his sandwich. He reminded her that she had the receipt and so she threw his hash browns on the counter and turned away. Total P.O.S.
There was a very nice employee who helped me at the register and let me know that they were backed up on food for a “long time” due to the very long drive-through line, and said that another employee had just walked out due to the a-hole (my words) “manager” and that was making things even worse. A very hostile work environment for some local kids doing their best.
I was told that it could be over 30 minutes to get a breakfast wrap. I opted for a donut instead of a sandwich and made a quick exit to get some fresh air. I won’t...
