this place is legitimately the worst dispensary i have ever been to. prices are outrageous, this is the 3rd time they’ve essentially stolen from me with defective product and even worse customer service. website says 30 day return policy but were incredibly rude and hung up on me when i called back asking i was told me its not even worth bringing in because its been more than an hour since purchase and hung up on me?!? on top of that if you look through the reviews they respond to they’re constantly acting like customers are lying. or saying they want to make it right publicly and then blatantly ignore you in private. there is absolutely 0 quality control, customer service, and they’re still charging you outrageously. i’m not the type to leave reviews like this but seeing how they lie in review responses, lie about being women owned, and personally knowing other people who’ve had problems with this place with 0 compensation. if you don’t adhere my warning at least do ur research on the product ur buying (because they don’t) i had 2 cold pressed live rosin growfather carts and they both stopped working after 30-40 hits with plenty of oil still, had to break it open and dab it because they treated me like a nuisance rather than upholding their own websites return policy. if this review can save one person from getting legally scammed then my job is done. they’re probably going to respond to this too saying i’m wrong, lying, or telling me to reach out privately so they can “make it right” (they won’t help, they want u to spend more playing roulette with their overpriced poor quality product) ALSO FALSE ADVERTISING, the “cold pressed live rosin” cart i got is actually liquid diamonds with cryo extracted rosin terpenes (NOT THE SAME THING, they just think we’re naive) also expires in 2-3 months but they put the sticker over it so u don’t know till it’s too late. they unprofessionally reply to reviews trying to refute them which i have no idea how is even allowed. just to make the record clear I DID REACH OUT PRIVATELY and was hung up on after pointing out that their website is blatantly lying on return policy. its blatant false advertising and i really don’t understand how this place is even still open, 80% of their shelves is thca anyway. the receipt they give u AFTER YOU PAY is the only place i could find which says “all sales are final”. i have no idea how this place is still open, would’ve been 0 stars...

I try my hardest to like this place as it is only 15 mins away from my house. I find it more likely that I find myself going to a store up by the mall instead of here. Every time I have gone here I have had an issue. Not an issue with the staff’s attitude but random issues that have left me not wanting to go back. To give an example I went in after placing an order online, I stopped at the atm and got the amount it said. When I got there to pick up my order I don’t know if a sale had ended or what but after using my loyalty points it was like 10 dollars more so I had to give them the 80 I had and use my debit card on the rest. Instead of taking the 80 off she added it to the total. So it went from 90 to 170. I realized what she had done and asked how, she started explaining the concept of taxes to me. So I said no your math is still off. In the end it took 2 regular employees and a manager to understand where the mistake happened. While I should have gave myself more time I stopped on my way to work and the five min stop turned into close to 30 and I ended up late to work. Decent prices? You guys must of let your heads roll down the st. Youre all getting ripped off. There's no way you should be paying 100$ for 7gs of any strain. Google High Tide Dispensary in OCMD also a resort town near the shore and they are way cheaper. Dispos all over south jersey are cheaper. Old Pal ground flower is what really got me. I can get that for 78$ a half oz recreational. That's crazy

Edit 9/17/25: Spare me the ‘quality’ pitch. Old Pal is Old Pal, and yours is marked up like a scam. Other dispensaries sell the same thing without robbing people blind. Nobody should have to pay that much! Sometimes bud is just bud—only premium deserves premium prices. Yours are sky-high across the board, especially Old Pal. That’s robbery, not quality.
