I bought a cake online for my twins' birthday and it was horribly decorated and the size of a brick! They must be kidding when they say their 1/3 sheet cake serves 6-8. I was called AFTER the cake was made and asked if I would mind picking it up at the 50th & Quaker location which is NOT the 82nd and Milwaukee location I ordered the cake at for pick-up because I live near Wolfforth. Since it was already made I felt obligated to pick it up there. Fortunately I was driving by 50th and Quaker on my way home and it wasn't out of my way. However when I got home the ice cream filled Oreos on top had begun to melt and now it's even uglier if that's possible! "Happy Birthday" was written on the card board under the cake. Silly me had assumed the length requirement for the phrase was due to the cake size. Never will I buy another cake from Baskin Robbins and certainly won't be ordering online....

I explained my side and was asked "So, do you want your money back?" I reiterated it was my son's birthday cake and I still needed it. Magically my ticket was found and luckily I ordered a day early, so they said it could be ready the next day. After waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru for the second time, I was unceremoniously handed my cake with not so much as a "sorry for the mix up." I wasn't looking for a discount or a freebie, just a simple acknowledgement of the inconvenience. I completed the survey on the receipt and was told a manager from that location would reach out to me regarding my negative experience. Guess who never reached out? I showed up at your establishment at 9:45pm; the internet states it closes at 10pm; I was the third person in line at the drive thru; no one answered the window, I went to the door, it was locked, I went back to the drive thru to make a video and a point at 9:52pm, no one answered. I have made reviews in the past your staff are rude and customers are treated as an inconvenience. There are never âfancyâ waffle cones available and the staff will not make one for me even if there is no one else in the store.
