I just wanted to take a moment and give a review of this business. I have ordered food from this location on multiple occasions. I have to say the food is outstanding, but the customer service is terrible. The young man who appears to be the son of the owner on the first occasion that I visited he was to busy chatting up a female in the drive thru to take my order. There was another young man who was fantastic, but sadly it seems he has left his employment and they have changed their hours to 9am. They serve breakfast and always have someone in the drive thru when I visit or drive by. Since I live less then a mile from this location. The last time I drove thru, the dad said, that his son wanted to change the hours to 9am to 9pm? I would note that a Fire personnel stopped for breakfast ahead of me and were told the restaurant is closed. If Fire and Police are stopping for food, you know this place is great. The cook seems to have more sense then the cashier. I will not go into detail, but the wrong person is running this business. The cashier is more involved in trying to get numbers then servicing his customers. I will leave that at that. My experience, if anyone would like to know what happened from the business, reach out to me. I would be more than happy to share specific details. Anyway, with this change and the bad customer service this place may not survive. I am sad to even say this. I love this place and pray they fire the son as cashier and hire someone competent. I will however continue to patronize this location, but with trepidation that one day, they will closer permanently if customer service is not improved. Read moreI ordered a beef and cheese burrito and a Carne asada, potato, and cheese burrito. They came to the window to ask if I wanted to add rice and sour cream to the Carne Asada burrito. I said why not but please do not add anything to the beef and cheese burrito because my daughter was picky. It was ready pretty much immediately. It cost 20 dollars. I got home and my daughters buried was a Carne Asada, onion, tomato, cheese, and TONS Of JALAPEÑOS. Mine was missing the cheese, and potatoes, and had a ton of guacamole (THAT I AM VERY ALLERGIC TO). THE MEAT WAS ALSO VERY DRY AND CHEWY .. TASTED OLD AND REHEATED IN A MICROWAVE OR SOMETHING. I THINK THEY GAVE US OTHER PREMADE BURRITOS SOMEONE DIDNT PICK UP SO THEY CAN GET OUT QUICKLY. the tortillas also looked plasticy and gross.... very tough. I called to let them know my order was completely wrong... especially and paying 20 dollars for it. They said I needed to drive across town again just to get my refund. I was annoyed but had to buy my daughter more food anyway so I went anyway. When I got there they closed earlier then the note on the front door and the girl was gone that told me to go up there and they would submit a refund. The guy that was still there went ahead and opened the drive through window and was extremely rude, refusing the refund and angry at me. He yelled at me saying he wanted to go home and had things to clean and that it was his day because it was Father's day. I told him how I was told by them to go back up there by their request on my only day off as well AND I was also a single mother without help from a father and was just trying to get my family food. Read moreI get a BRC from here at least once a week. Went last week 11/9/24 and ordered my normal with salsa Fresca in the my burrito.get to my location to eat and no salsa Fresca in my burrito. I immediately gave yall a called to let them know I did not get the salsa Fresca I was charged for. The lady who answered the phone told me I could come back, I told her I was already at my daughter’s game, she was puzzled at what to say., told her I come there at least once a week I paid for ( salsa Fresca and didn’t get it. She said I next time I come just let them know what happened and we won’t charge you. Fast forward to day 11/16/24. Told the young lady what happened she was puzzled as what to say and I know it was the same person I talked to prior about not getting the salsa Fresca. She said well I won’t charge you but NEXT time get the server’s name and bring your receipt. That’s fine! but when I get my receipt SHe STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE DAYUM SALSA FRESCO. I love this place Im a die hard supporter because they are from my home state. But I’ll just take my money to another restaurant because the service has gone down since yall first opened.
