This company is evil and corrupt. I cannot believe how the my fondest memories of going into a GameStop as a kid have been shrouded by the walking corpse it has grown into today. I bought a ps5 edge controller to use on my PC and PlayStation. Well the controller isn't fully compatible with the PC so I wanted to return it. Nope won't do it because I opened it. I HADNT EVEN USED IT. I just opened it to feel it. Because I opened it, it's no longer "new". The worst Game Stop I’ve ever been to. I hate that this is the closest one to me. I’ve been by this shop multiple times and they have the door locked and won’t let customers in or aren’t even open. For example I pulled up to the shop today at 3:15 and there are people inside talking but the door is locked and they just looked at me and didn’t acknowledge me. But I’ve tried to shop at this location maybe 10 times now and I would say 7 of those times the door was locked and I had to drive to a different location. When we got back they were still closed and a group of people were at the door waiting for it to open.
