The Soundwave — Local services in Lubbock

These guys have been a pleasure to work with, I see why my dad has done business with them for years.

I spent weeks researching the right speakers to start my home audio setup, trying to strike a balance between sound quality for me, aesthetics for my wife, and affordability for my budget. The guys at Soundwave set me up with a pair of speakers that hit it out of the park on all fronts, although they stretched my budget, they sent me home with a floor model that I couldn't have done brand new. These were way higher quality than the cheap (but still expensive) stuff that is sold on Amazon and big box stores.

Not only that, they helped me with some trouble shooting over the phone once I got them home and tried setting them up, that was better spot on help than what I was able to try to dig up online, even using AI, myself.

Even though I live outside of Austin, I'll be back to Soundwave for my needs, and would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade from sound bar life and get into a home...

Sad and disappointed. I used The SoundWave for my home and business. I worked w a representative at the SoundWave that had me sign a contract w an alarm service. When repairs were requested for my home, years later. The SoundWave was excellent. I was then notified the previous representative was no longer at the SoundWave and requested that my alarm service be changed. As a busy professional, I did not do this. When issues occurred at my place of business, the service has been nonexistent. I believe this is very unprofessional on the part of the SoundWave. I believe you should stand behind what has been previously done. Or undo what was done by a previous representative that work for your company by not having consumers do the extra work to benefit your company. I am moving on. This place of business is excellent! Jake west is amazing, and his staff and technicians are highly qualified,helpful, and strive to give the customer pristine service. Patrick came to my house to "clean up" the mess that the Suddenlink technition made when my service was connected and the modem was installed. Patrick identified the phone wires, plugged in the ethernet lines to the modem box, secured a power strip to the back of the AV box so that the modem power plug didn't hang out preventing the AV box from closing correctly, and placed the modem vertically which is the way it's supposed to be, instead of crammed in diagonally like the Suddenlink tech had left it with wires stuffed in hap hazardly inside the AV box.
