Josie's West — Restaurant in Lubbock

Terrible experience!!! I ordered my food and paid for the bill. I was told to pull up to spot A. (No problem). I waited about 4 minutes and they came out with a big bag with 2 bags inside. I said thank you and have a great day. The lady said you too and waived bye. I got all the way home and no burritos, just chips/salsa... I go back to the restaurant and knock on the front door, no one comes out. I go around to the back and ring the door bell, no one answers. I finally was able to get a response when I cracked open the back door. I told them what happened. Instead of owning up to their mistake they argued with me! (Wow) No apology, no let me see what happened. Just 3 women wanting to argue. Its not rocket science, you have 1 job after the order has been made... get the food to the customer! Young man treated us poorly over the phone, charged us for extra hot sauce we didn't get and acted as though it was funny. We let the young man know how upset we were and he didn't care!

My husband and I called and ordered our food. The young man only took the one item down and hung up on us! Had to call back and he and another man were laughing at us over the phone. Then we get there and the same short young man treated us rudely and charged us for extra hot sauce that we didn't even get!

We have been going here for a while with me a teacher and my husband a doctor. But today was beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. Sadly, we won't be going back and will let our friends and colleagues be aware of...

Josie's is a regular for us. We've always visited either the 66th & Frankford location or the Aberdeen location. Either way, service is good, food is excellant. They charge for salsa though which kinda erks me but other than that, we always love it! All I ever get from here is their breakfast burrito. They are pretty good, lots of options. They are a little pricey for their burritos, but make a good burrito. chips are not included in the price so it adds up if you want chips and salsa with your burrito.
