Jumbo Joe's Burgers — Restaurant in Lubbock

When I called order, I had to repeat my order three times, she. I picked up the order, went home and I was missing a hamburger. I called, they asked what I had ordered, I repeated the order. The order was 2 jumbo burgers, 2 large orders of tater tots, 3 regular hamburgers, I hamburger dry/ no onions. She said come pick up the other hamburger, I told her my husband was going to pick it up. He went by and was told he could not have the hamburger, unless he had the receipt. I went back and they asked for the receipt, the same woman who gave me the order, took my card, but did not give me a receipt back with my card. There was no receipt in the bag. She had the audacity, to ask if I had the food. This was an hour and half later. They were treating me as if I was a liar. I called to ask for the owner. So apparently you can not contact the owner. (Nice tactic). Hire people that know how to write down orders. This is not first time they have messed up my order. Please tell your hire work, not to pretend that you did not just come by the window. This was the last time u will order from them, I will be sure to ask for a receipt, or they will...

First time trying jumbo Joe's pulled up to the window. Where a lady with glasses looked extremely Unhappy! We asked for the 2 Burger special, and she asked if we wanted tater tots, fries, or onion rings, but didn't say onion rings and tater tots were extra. She was extremely Rude and Acted as if we were interrupting her Day! We Pay $36. For, the 2 Burger combo and order of cheese sticks. We asked her, should we pull up or wait at the window? She rudely said pull over to the side Your numbers on your receipt. I just can't understand why she was so extremely rude to Us. There's lots of traffic noise so we didn't hear Her. Call our number at first and then she repeated it Angrily and loud I could already tell the burgers We're precooked because it took 10 minutes for the full order And sure enough the first bite was dry and Under seasoned, the vegetables were fresh and the bun was toasted but The dry meat killed it. The cheese sticks Would have been good if they weren't so greasy. And the tater tots tasted like fish.! Her Attitude alone Was enough to keep us from ever...

First time dining in the food wasn't the greatest. We got the catfish dinner, chicken tenders and Mazzarella sticks. The onion rings were tasteless and the chicken was gummy and soggy. The cheese sticks were good sized, but way too salty. Next visit I went back to the drive thru and ordered the #1. I sat at the window for 10 minutes, then they told me to pull into the parking lot and wait 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes passed, they finally called my number but no one brought my food out to me (like a normal drive thru does) so I ended up having to get out of my car and go inside to get my order because the drive thru was packed (which defeats the purpose of the drive thru). When I got in my car, the fries were stale and cold. The burger was okay, but it is not worth the money!!! I'm all for supporting small/ family businesses but for their service, food quality and price you pay- I don't see myself...
