McDonald's — Restaurant in Lubbock

Worst experience ever at any restaurant. pulled up and they couldn't stop laughing long enough to take the order and when we pulled up to the window we got a story of why they where laughing so hard and proceed to the pick up window were they informed us that because we ordered a specialty sandwich (two grilled chickens) that we will have to wait 5 minutes and shoved the bag in the window that have some mangeled double cheese burgers in it. so i took them back in to let the manager know and she was very rude and didnt want to give my money back . She even told me that whit so many people handling the food that sometimes they get messed up and that no one is perfect . She finally refunded my money and gave me a nasty look !!! I have dietary restrictions. I can't have condiments or pickles, it physically hurts my organs to digest these ingredients. I just wanted two Mcdoubles, cheese and onions only. It's a really easy order.

The last three times I've been here, I always get anything BUT that. I've been given plain burgers with only a patty. I've been given cheese only, with all the onions scraped off. They even gave me a fish sandwich once. It's obvious that whoever the new cook is, is taking offense to my dietary needs because they've been able to fill this order before but now it's extremely difficult the past two months every time I've eaten here. Stopped in to grab a coffee on a long journey... Let me tell you this place is DISGUSTING! I have never been to a Mcds that was that dirty. I attempted to use the ladies bathroom but both toilet seats were filthy. My fiancé said the men's room was just as nasty. While we waited for our coffee I sat down at a booth and noticed dried ketchup and mustard on the table, I stood up and started looking around and couldn't believe how filthy the store was and how many people were working yet no one obviously knows what a broom or mop is, much less a towel to clean the booth tables with.
