One star rating is one star too much! The worst manager I have ever come across! Immature and unprofessional! I'm talking about the night manager. I went there between 11:30pm and 12:30 am on wednesday night/Thursday morn. I ordered online and went through the drive through stopping at the speaker first and told them my online code. When I arrived at the pick up window I was given the wrong order. I showed th employee my receipt details. I was told that my order hadn't come up yet ( even though i waited a good 30 to 45 minutes after ordering to go pick up my order)and to go back around the drive thru. I figured I'd go inside instead. I told the manager that I was told my order wasn't there. He proceeded to lecture me on the process of going thru the drive thru and telling them my code at the speaker first. I've ordered from this place a hundred times in the past and never had a problem. Believe me I'm well schooled on the process of picking up my orders. I told him I did everything I was supposed to do. So he began filling my order. Then I was waiting for my drinks but after several minutes of waiting I said just keep the drinks and left. I got home and as I was pulling the food out of the bag I realized none of it was what I ordered! I didn't want to get out and drive back because it was late and cold and I didn't want to put my dogs back unto their crates before I could leave. So I called and told the manager I got the wrong order. He said I needed to Bring the food back in order to get my order right. I told him I wasn't getting back out tonite and he said well I'm not replacing your order! He hung up on me before I could ask him if I could bring it in the morning. I called back 2 more times but both times he just picked up and hung up without saying a word. I think this manager should be reprimanded or terminated. That's not the type of example he should be setting for the rest of the workers! Out of all the McDonald's in town, I think you should find a different one to go to. I'm not going back to this...

I called because after I bit into my burger I saw it was raw. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was one. I told her what burger I had and she proceeded to tell me that QPC burgers are medium rare: 1) I've NEVER heard that and 2) I have never received ANY burger from McDonald's as "medium rare." They have always been fully cooked, look all brown inside. After feeling like they are disregarding my issue I told her that I would be going back and if I could receive anything else for now having to waste gas. She then told me no, all she could do was give me a new burger or refund. All the while I could hear a tone in her voice that suggested she was smiling or thinking it was funny that I was so upset. Unless you want "medium rare" burgers that are more like rare and from a restaurant that isn't even to the scale of a luxury restaurant to be making burgers this way, I suggest you get your family a meal elsewhere. Management here apparently doesn't care about your health, safety or hard earned money.

Read moreI wish I could rate it 2.5 stars - I ordered a 40 pieces McNugget and a large fry with a large sprite through the app because I was looking for something quick and easy that didn’t taste absolutely terrible. I got there a few minutes after I ordered because that’s never been a problem at this location before. I tell them my code, do the song and dance and the lady at the window essentially shoved my drink in my face and mumbled at me to pull around to the front. I didn’t understand her and when I went to ask for clarification, she had walked away from the window. I went through the line again to get clarification (it’s been almost 20 minutes that I’ve been waiting now) and went and sat in my car for almost another 30 minutes. I tried calling the store twice, to no answer, and it was only when I flagged down an employee who was running curbside pickup orders that I got acknowledged. I have medicine that I can’t take until I’ve had food and it also time sensitive. Not happy with the employees, except for the nice lady with a face tattoo on her upper right cheekbone.
