I had the privilege to sample a few of the items Paris Croisserie Bakery will be offering. When I picked them up, they were still warm and boy they were tasty!!! I had two Pain au Chocolat and one Italiano Croissant. The pain au chocolat was flaky with a slight crunch yet still soft and not dry at all! The chocolate was just sweet enough but not over the top to where I couldn’t finish it all in one sitting haha. The Italiano croissant was savory and full of flavor. The crust was flavorful and had a great crunch from the sesame seeds. There was a slight amount of heat (not spicy) from the filling that just hit the spot.
