We were on a late night food hunt on a Sunday. We knew choices were going to be limited but the first 2 places we stopped that were open both told us that the kitchen was closed. We found out Cane's was a choice and decided to go try that next. Fingers crossed. We arrived to their parking lot and saw a group coming out of the dining room and multiple cars in various stages of interaction in the drive thru. I was feeling wary after the first 2 encounters that night. We walked in and the young lady working the dining room immediately, cheerfully greeted us. The food was on point as always. The chicken was fresh, hot and juicy - even after midnight on a Sunday. The fries and toast were fresh as well. Needless to say, we have a new favorite late night food joint.

Extremely disappointed with my recent order from this place. I visited on 7/18 and spent $21 on meals for my girlfriend and myself. Both our boxes had significantly smaller chicken fingers than usual. The portion size was noticeably reduced, which was very disappointing considering the price. The quality didn't match the cost, and we experienced rude customer service from the woman working the window. Our experience was far from satisfactory.

Ordered a box combo before work, got home to see this. This is unacceptable, a box is 4 not 3, not mention I have no toast, and to add insult to injury they chucked my sauce spilling it on my box and gave me a broken box. If you're people don't want to do their job then yall should accommodate for that. I expect a refund for this garbage.

Review:

Raising Cane's is a fast-food chain that specializes in serving mouthwatering chicken tenders and a limited menu focused on quality and simplicity. Here's my review of Raising Cane's:

Irresistible Chicken Tenders: ★★★★★ Raising Cane's signature chicken tenders are simply outstanding. They are perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. Each tender is made from quality chicken breast, ensuring a delicious and satisfying bite every time. The tenders are the star of the show at Raising Cane's and definitely worth a try. Straightforward Menu: ★★★★☆ Raising Cane's follows a "less is more" approach with its menu, offering chicken tenders, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, and their famous Cane's sauce. While the menu is limited, it allows the chain to focus on delivering quality in every item. The simplicity of the menu also ensures quick service and consistent quality. Crave-Worthy Cane's Sauce: ★★★★☆ The Cane's sauce served at Raising Cane's is a delectable accompaniment to their chicken tenders. It has a tangy, slightly sweet flavor that perfectly complements the crispy tenders. The sauce is addictive, and many patrons find themselves dipping everything in it. It's a must-try and adds an extra layer of deliciousness to the meal. Clean and Efficient Restaurants: ★★★★☆ Raising Cane's restaurants are typically clean and well-maintained. The dining areas are simple but comfortable, offering a pleasant space to enjoy your meal. The drive-thru service is often efficient, with well-organized order taking and prompt delivery of food. Limited Side Options: ★★★☆☆ While the chicken tenders are undeniably the star of the show, the limited side options at Raising Cane's may leave some customers wanting more variety. The crinkle-cut fries and Texas toast are tasty, but additional side options or healthier alternatives would be a welcome addition to the menu. Friendly and Engaging Staff: ★★★★☆ The staff members at Raising Cane's are generally friendly, welcoming, and engaged with customers. They often go the extra mile to ensure a positive dining experience, taking orders with a smile and promptly addressing any concerns or questions. The exceptional service adds to the overall enjoyment of visiting Raising Cane's. In conclusion, Raising Cane's is a chicken-lover's paradise, offering irresistibly delicious chicken tenders, crave-worthy sauce, and a straightforward menu. The quality and taste of their chicken tenders are consistently excellent, and the overall experience at Raising Cane's is enjoyable. While the limited menu and side options may not cater to everyone's preferences, the focus on quality and simplicity sets Raising Cane's apart in the fast-food industry.

Note: This review is based on general observations and experiences, and your specific experience at Raising Cane's may vary depending on the location and...

5/1/2020 I can not believe the treatment by female staff at this establishment. I place two separate orders one for myself and one for someone else.they put them in the same bag even though they rang them up separate which the female cashier was great friendly appropriate understood that they were two separate orders. When I picked up my food I was mortified by the attitude that I received by the female employees. they not only had an attitude when they separated the bags for two separate orders but they're having everyone reach in a container which is not sanitary I doubt they disinfect all the packets a sauce.and they toss it in the bag and then they toss the bags into my car through the window.tomorrow be calling the corporate office seeing if they're operational if the corporate office is not operational for response for the mortifying an absolutely absurd behavior by the staff. I will not give them any of my business and I would hope others would do the same. Because they had no reason to treat me that way.I went too many McDonald's drive-thru throughout Lubbock and surrounding areas and I've never been treated in that manner that I was treated at raising Cane's. We'll see if I can be compensated I will edit this post when I have spoken to the corporate office along with the...

The service here is always fast and I have never had a order incorrectly made. The food is made to order with the chicken strips constantly made fresh. I can't rave enough about the bread and the canes sauce. Both are fantastic! The sweet tea, which I get frequently here, is just the right amount of sweet, not too much. Same goes for the lemonade. I had a last minute large group order and I was unable to order in advance like I normally do, they were completely ok and had my order made in less than fifteen minutes. I was impressed by the fact that they were very accommodating and not frustrated with the fact that I had no prior notice. They made everything fresh and made sure that they double checked and had everything I ordered correctly before I took the bags and left. Kudos to them. I dont often go inside, as I utilize the drive thru most, but when I do go inside, I am greeted almost instantly and the store is always pretty clean. This place is always popular, no matter what time you go, so sometimes there is a small wait, but it will go quickly and you can get out of the there quickly. Be careful when you go across the parking lot if you are dining inside, as the traffic is a bit hectic and parking is limited, but it...
