We reserved the meeting room for a group meeting. We got there at 5 and was told the credit card machine was down. My wife and I didn't have cash so we were like I guess were not eating. Others showed up for the meeting and tried to order and were told the same thing. A few had cash and tried to order. They had no beef. None at all. The reason was morning crew didn't cut any. There was no ice no sweet tea or the flavored tea they have something like raspberry I think. They were out of 3 of the sodas. While we were having our meeting we could see all the employees sitting on the prep tables in the back. None of them put ice out or made tea, or cut any kind of beef, or changed the sodas that were out. About 6:15 one of the guys went and got cash so we all could order and use his wife's square to pay them back. They still were out of everything we had to argue with them to change the sodas and they never made tea. Again we had to argue to get ice. When we asked why didn't they use their down time to cut some beef we were told that's morning crews job not theirs. I wound up just getting a cinnamon roll and it was hard I asked about it and guess what morning crew didn't set out any for them. Horrible experience will not be back...

Update Approximately 4 Months Later, (July 3, 2025). As Always The Food And Service Was Good, But Two Things Bothered Me, One The Lady Taking Orders Doesn't Smile Much. Please Encourage Smiling, Because That Shows Welcoming Hospitality Best. The Other Thing Is The Ladies I Ate Lunch With Were Asked To Move The Tables And Chairs Back As We Found Them In The Large Room, Which The Ladies I Had Lunch With Did And Would Of Done To The Best Of Their Ability Anyway, However At Least 3 Of Them Use Walkers And 2 Of Us (Myself Included) Use Walking Canes, So It Was Unprofessional To Tell Us To Move Them Back, Especially Since Our Ages Run From 50something To 90something And Those Who Use Walkers And Canes Have...
Read moreEvery Schlotzsky's, has awesome food. And I always give five star ratings. I can only give this particular Schlotzsky's a 4 star rating. Not because of the food, but because of the service. The girl taking the order had zero interest in her job, or the people she was serving. All the other employees walked around like they where doing something empty handed, but really didn't appear to want to be there at all. I get it, it's not the shining moment in a person's day or life. But is is your job and income. However there was one Lady working there, that did not stop working. She brought out everyone's order, cleaned up all of the garbages, cleaned all of the tables, and even did some mopping. All in the 30 minutes I was there. I said to her, "you must be the hardest worker here" , she looked right at me, smiled, said, "yep", and went right back to work. I told her she is doing a great job, and thanked her.
