Used the app for the first time. I found it weird there was no time selection. Figured out they may start fixing your food when you get there and let them know you are there. That's fine, it's fresh. App is supposed to recognize when you arrive, it did not. I was almost home when I got the notification that it looked like I was there.
Cashier is super nice but not organized. When I got to the window she had to ask me who I was. She said the orders were mixed up. Took at least 3 minutes to get my food once she figured it out.
Now the food. Got the bacon English muffins combo large and then a single sausage English muffin because I wanted to try both. My potatoes were good as always but my large was the size of a small portion size. The box was maybe half full. The bacon English muffin wasn't very good. It tasted bland and the muffin was warm but not toasted. There was no bacon flavor for some reason. The sausage one was much better in taste due to the overwhelming sausage taste. Again, the muffin was just warm.
At least at this location the English muffins fall somewhat behind McDonald's still. That's a shame as I really like Wendy's breakfast. I'll stick with the Breakfast...

We waited and then was told to order after about 8 minutes. Then went I placed my order nobody ever answered. So I waited a little longer thinking they were maybe busy. I went on with my order and then again complete silence. Nobody answers. So I said hello? No answer. Hello?! Then finally after another long silence someone whispers what sauce? And then interrupts me when I answer. They didn’t give me a price so I drive forward. I wait at the window and never get greeted until after 10 minutes who I’m guessing is the manager comes to the window with my total. I hand her my cash. No thank you. No can I get you anything else. Read moreI ordered a strawberry frosty was excited to finally try it. The manager that served me gave it to with a lid that should have been a clue. When I pulled off from the drive through I took off the lid to get at best a running strawberry shake. I called Wendy’s and the manager that answered I told her why would you serve a customer a frosty that wasn’t frozen she said I’m not the manager working the drive thru.so she gave the phone to the other manager I asked her the same question she proceeded to tell me how the machine worked when they poor a new bag of mix in.
