Brought a watch in with a mis-aligned module to have it put back in place so the buttons would work. The guy the insisted the buttons worked even though they didn't. It didn't get fixed and when I got home I realized a peice was missing on it. I returned to the store to get the missing peice and was told he didn't have it and go home and look for it. I essentially wasted time going across town 3 times only to not get it fixed and have peices missing. I was so frustrated I went home and fixed it myself in 5 minutes, a job that shouldn't have been a problem for a professional. The watch is no longer made and will probably never be whole again. All these problems along with screws about to fall out because they were put into the wrong holes...

I called ahead for a quote on the repair of the clasp on my gold necklace and was surprised when I was told the repair would only take 10-15 mins. The service was very efficient and affordable. Update: I went to Duc again for my watch that went dead and a broken gold bracelet (broken at the chain not clasp) and he started the repairs immediately.
