We stopped in for the first time today with no expectations and were happily surprised. My wife got a bacon and fried egg sandwich on French toast and I got two eggs over easy with a pancake and rye toast. We both got home fries and shared a plate of kielbasa hash, because neither of us had it before. Both of us thought the hash was OK but could have been better if all the ingredients bonded a little more for that true hash consistency. Everything else was pretty good except the bacon on my wife’s sandwich wasn’t crispy and that made it less enjoyable for her. Cute, old timey place with nostalgia (lots of James Dean tribute posters) and every table had a copy of the local newspaper, which is a nice touch. Very good, friendly service and reasonably priced menu. We’ll definitely be back to try more!

Awful experience. They were running out of food so I was charged full price for a single 3 inch brown and serve sausage cut in half. They also ran out of bacon so they just assumed I wanted ham instead. I was treated more like a child in a struggling family trying to stretch a dollar than I was a paying customer. They even served blackened toast. How hard would it have been to just try again on the toast. Their idea of 2pcs of French toast is a single slice of white bread cut in half. None of my food was warmer than room temperature. For almost $40 McDonald's would have been a far better choice.

Wow ! A dynamic breakfast spot terrific service, great and fun staff we were heading to Southwick my friend. Paul and I looking for a breakfast spot and we found JOHN's corner. .The restaurant was just remodeled and immaculately, clean and fresh. Paul had the kielbasa hash which I tried some and it was extraordinary he also had two eggs and toast no butter on the toast. and hashbrowns I had a blueberry pancake, two eggs, over light sausage and home fries well done, great experience will be back

This was the worst breakfast and service I have ever had in my life. I was ashamed for them. The staff was very nice but that’s honestly it. The service was almost non existent. My husband had to go up to the waitress after a half hour and ask for her to take our order. I also witnessed another employee ask a couple to move so that they can seat a party of 9 instead of making the party of 9 wait like every other restaurant on the planet. We waited exactly an hour and a half to get served the worst food ever. The waitress kept telling us and everyone else that was waiting for food that the reason for the wait was that there were so many take out orders being called in. If you own or work at a sit down restaurant, you should 100% know that the sit down customers always come first. I wish I could give negative stars. I also watched 2 sets of couples leave because no one wanted to wait on them, and there were 3 waitresses. Food was disgusting, and I wouldn’t even serve...

Yesterday morning I thought I was going to be sitting down for an awesome breakfast with my friends. Boy was I wrong! After I couldn’t get half of what I wanted because they didn’t have it, I waited 20 minutes before the server realized I didn’t have my food. She ran over to the cook who clearly realized he forgot to make it, and he threw everything together. After 5 minutes she handed me a frozen plate of food which was completely inedible. I was told she comped my meal (thanks? It was frozen and I didn’t eat it lol) but then went on to try and charge me for the soda I got to drink. On top of all that , it was an huge turn off to watch the hostess repeatedly go over to the grill and grab food straight off it and eat over my food that was currently being thawed out on it. It was gross. Our waitress was friendly and it wasn’t completely her fault, but the staff and organization is completely...
