To begin, I am NEVER one to complain, I have way better things I could be doing right now. I arrived to the KFC drive thru window in Ludlow MA at 7:10PM on 7/21/21. I was greeted by one of the employees. I started placing my order for (4) people including myself in my vehicle, and the drive thru worker interrupted me mid sentence to tell me that Mac n cheese was unavailable at the time and the wait would be approximately 30-35 minutes for it to be ready. I advised her that I would run a errand and be back in 30-45 minutes. I also made it noted to her that âgood things are worth waiting forâ. I arrived back at KFC in Ludlow 40 minutes after my first initial visit (7:49 PM). I advised the drive thru worker that I was back and to ask if they had any Mac and Cheese available, she stated that one of the employees âforgot to drop the bagâ.. this was a huge inconvenience as we were already hungry and pushed off our meal 40 minutes in the first place. Each of the 4 individuals in the vehicle was getting a Mac n Cheese (LG) portion. The drive thru worker then stated âif you want good Mac n Cheese, go to Chik-Fil-A on Memorial Drive in Chicopee 15 minutes awayâ this absolutely blew my mind that a employee would rather send me to a different place to eat based on my order. Who in their right mind would send a customer to a competitive/rival company??? I brushed it all off after the quick bout of anger had passed. I kept calm and continued to order everything else I wished to purchase without a problem. I requested Honey Mustard and KFC sauces at the drive thru window which she reassured me she put them in the bag. Naturally once I pulled off to the side of the road to make sure my order was complete, I checked the contents of the bag. I was missing BOTH sauces (Strike 2). I got out of my vehicle and went inside the restaurant (inconvenienced again). To my surprise I walked into the staffed restaurant which it was apparent that it was a very slow night for the restaurant between Drive thru and Dine In. Once I opened the front doors I could hear extremely loud Rap Music with constant swearing in it. I just canât believe that a manager would even let this happen. Like I initially stated, I have NEVER complained at any establishment before, today was the tipping point. The amount of disregard for someone who is willing to pay money for a good/service and does not receive either was extremely off-putting . Itâs amazing that this is allowed. When she yelled at my husband that she put the items in the bag she didn't even name off the correct items we were missing then started asking all her employees if they saw her put the item in the bag. They looked scared. I called the store from the car to ask what her name was for when I called corporate she got angry I didn't want to tell her what my issue was. I kept telling her I just need the name please. Finally I told her I don't want to talk to you about it because it's about you she hung up the phone on me and wouldn't pick up when I called back. I've worked retail for 20years, not once did me or my husband yell at her or even accuse her of anything. She acted way out of line. Things happen I get it but you don't accuse the customer of stealing, you messed up own it apologize an move on. It's not like the missing items come out of her pay. She should not be the manager if this is how she treats people when there...

I downloaded the app and had a question about the deal and Warde came right over to me to ask if I needed anything. I asked her about the deal and she helped my through the process. She was very attentive and told me she'd keep the online ordering system open on the screen so she could start my order right away. She has a very warm welcome and is very helpful. I found out it was her first day on the job and I had the chance to let her know she did an awesome job helping me out.
