I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience at a subway. Multiple sandwiches were being made on my order and when I got home the vegetables on one of my sandwiches were not there. So I drove all the way back and instead asked if I could pay the difference for a 12 inch since I was now not going to have time to pack dinner for work. But when I was being checked out they wanted me to pay another 10 for a 6 inch. So I’d be paying 20 dollars for a 12 in when I could just pay the difference of 4 dollars. Mind you the foot long was already made. The lady called her manager to ask and made it sound like I just walked in and changed my mind when in reality they are the ones that made a mistake. The person also had the worst attitude and instead of just giving me the foot long or just having me pay 4 dollars she threw the other half away. Where did customer service go in this industry. Most places offer free food apple pie cookie etc. but this lady wouldn’t even let me pay the difference. I’ll never go here again and will stick to other subways around. Read moreI haven't been to this location for a couple of years. When I went in, I was hoping that they'd still have their BBQ Rib grinder. Unfortunately, it had been discontinued. Abby behind the counter was quick to make suggestions for me to try to find something closest to that flavor. When I was still trying to figure out what I wanted, a couple of customers had come in. Abby was very engaged with her customers and you could see that she put a lot of thought into creating a great sandwich and ensuring a wonderful customer experience. Finally, it was my turn and I received the same outstanding service. I was very pleased and left with a smile and a tasty sandwich. Read moreApparently the definition of double meat is different with every employee that works here. Got a signature wrap that is supposed to have double meat in it. They used to give a fair amount of meat about a year ago. Then they switched to using these little measuring cups for the amount of meat they use in the tray which is fine. Now they use nothing. My steak and cheese wrap literally had 2 pinches of meat in it. I asked the girl behind counter why they keep getting more stingy with the meat. She didn't answer me.
