Palermo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ludlow

Palermo's is small but mighty! They are consistently good in turning out excellent food combined with excellent service!

I am EXTREMELY picky about meatballs. I cannot stand frozen meatballs and Palermo's has homemade Italian meatballs!! Their sauce is also excellent! It is actually sauce, not just canned crushed tomatoes with no flavor!

Their grinders are large! We jokingly call them skis! Every grinder we've tried, hot or cold we've loved!

Their pizza is also outstanding! No premade crust here!

I recommend them to so many people, I should be a consultant! When you find the best, you stick to it!

This is mostly a carryout place. We didn't know, so we ordered our pizzas and waited half an hour and ate them at the very small tables. I asked the nice lady with glasses what she recommended and I'm so glad I did: There's a chicken and broccoli pizza that's not even on the menu and it was great! It was a white pizza with not a sauce, but fresh garlic, Parmigiana, and butter but not too much, so very nice. I loved the crust because it was crunchy and so pleasantly chewy at the same time. And what I really, loved was that the kids could each get their own pizza for less than eight bucks each! And they weren't that small either. I...

Great takeout pizza 🍕... usually. This time, they missed a topping and covered the whole pizza with one that was only supposed to be on half. Need to pay attention!

3/2/24 Happy with the pizza this time! All the toppings were there and in good quantity. Minor complaint ... we got a half & half pizza and the pieces could have been cut better... some were too big others too small. And yes, we can cut it more at home but the toppings need to be better divided so one person doesn't get less than the other.

But great taste and you can't get a better deal with the sizes of the pizza. A Large pizza is everyone else's...
