What I didn't like about it. We bought 6lbs. Of crawfish and it look as if we had a pound on each plate. They were mostly small and a few were dead when cooked. I just tried them for the first time. I ordered 1lb of crawfish and a pound of shrimp. I got 9 crawfish that had not been boiled properly. My scale said far less than a pound.
