Let me tell you about this place as the 2nd bad experience I had at this establishment.... I went in on Christmas Day 2019 to have dinner with my family... My mother at that was among our party... My wife and I ordered a beef fajita taco with avocado..plus 1 cheese enchilada... Only 1... 20 minutes later our food comes out ... Only 2 tacos... AND BOTH ARE COLD... THE AVOCADO WAS PASSED DUE.. BLACKENING AROUND IT..... So I take them back... And yes of course they stick them in the good old traditional Microwave... At this time my mother's 1 carne asada enchilada is not on our table yet... My sister got her mini tacos... She asked for beef fajita also.... I observed a customer that seemed irritated... I had to find out... Of course her order was wrong TOO... AT THE END SHE WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR HER FOOD TO GO... Yet this place is not packed with hungry customers... 40 to 50 minutes later the 2 enchiladas come out... And yes their excuse was that there was a mix up... Typical... And by this time my wife, my sister and I were done with our dinner.. 😡😠.... AND THRU THIS HOUR THAT WE SPENT DISSATISFIED WITH OUR DIFFERENT PLATES THAT WE ORDERED... ALL THE BEEF WAS THE SAME... CONFUSED.. I went to pay our bill... I asked the manager what was the difference between beef fajitas and carne asada ??? She said , "Here it's all the same to us." I offered to differ from her claim and she said, "Well here in Texas it's all the same everywhere." What and idiotic response. I work around the food industry and I challenge anybody to contradict the difference... Anyway as I was paying... I happened to look towards the kitchen area and observed a cook drop some tamales on the floor...no gloves... And then proceeded to pick them up from the greasy floor.. Put them on the plate and stick them in the Microwave... AND THIS MY READERS.. WAS SERVED TO A LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMER.. I told the manager what I saw and she ignored me... She was already upset because my wife and I were challenging her on her claim about the beef fajitas and carne asada... Recommend yourself to a better restaurant with the same decent prices BUT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHERE YOU ARE VALUED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER... Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE!! I've been there 3 times and I will not be returning. The first time I went it was two servers standing at the window. They carried on a conversation for like 2 minutes never acknowledged me, never said just a moment, nothing just stood there talking. Another lady had to come and take my order. The second time the lady seemed as if she had an attitude and did not want to take my order. The last and FINAL time I placed my order at the window and was asked to pull around. After about 5 minutes there was another vehicle behind me waiting as well, they got their food before me. After another 5 minutes several other vehicles had come and gotten their food and I was still waiting. I stopped the lady that was bringing the food to the other cars that were waiting and asked her about my order. She said ok. Another 5 minutes went by as I was making my way back to the drive-thru window (because I was going to give them a piece of my mind and it was not going to be pretty) before I FINALLY received my order!!!! 15 MINUTES WAITING FOR 3 SMALL BREAKFAST TACOS!! The girl that brought my food did not even offer an apology for my wait!!! I just snatched my bag and drove away! I have NEVER left review of any kind on any site, service, product, or business. Read moreHave been to this restraunt twice, the first time was about a year ago. The service was terrible and after 30 minutes of waiting at our table no one had come to get us drinks or take our order. Once we flagged someone down they seem aggitated and put out that we wanted to order. The second time was tonight, while sitting at the table waiting for our food the manager lady came out and began screaming at the waitress. All because she mixed up two tables or something. The waitress appeared to own her mistake, but the female manager continued to scream and began cussing the poor girl out. She was dropping the f-bomb in front the entire restraunt. I don't appreciate that language being used in front of my daughter. We got up and asked how much we owed for our waters, the manager still pissed off asked us don't we want our food. We told her no, she stated, well it's ready. Again we offered to pay for our water and advised we would not continue to sit in a restraunt where the staff is cussed out in front of customers and subject my family that language.
