McDonald's — Restaurant in Lufkin

I recently visited the McDonald's located at 3301 S First St in Lufkin, TX, and I had a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff really stood out.

They don't deserve even one star but had to put it... I have been there soo many times and always have to go right back in there because they do not know how to make a correct order! A very simple order, just a Hot Carmel mocha! Not chocolate,not mint, not regular coffee... There always has to be something wrong with my order there! I cannot just leave that place and enjoy what i just ordered... My luck I always have to go inside and tell them they made a mistake, "on my very difficult order" lol one large hot Carmel mocha!. I spoke to the manager she had another employee remake my hot Carmel mocha for the second time and I got to my truck AGAIN and it was chocolate!!! My order was still not correct!!!! Sooo I brought it back in for the third time and told them it's still not correct, finally the manager had to remake it herself, wow she got it right!!!! (Applause everybody).... Wich if I had come in already with a complaint the manager should have automatically stepped in the first time and made sure my order was made correctly... not on my third time going back. Really wanted to call corporate because this is not even the first time this has happened to me. But the manager kept my receipt so that's why I'm telling you! I will not go back there, it's soo...

Food was horrible we asked if there was a senior discount the manager told the money in taker who was very very very nice that they only give senior discounts on drinks only the hamburgers were Bland the drinks were Bland their professional attitude was planned except for the money taker very very very nice the food server was Bland had to give us new drinks was no different still the diet coke was terrible the only thing that was good was the cheese had a little salt in it which made the meat palatable everything else I promise you was terrible we have to throw 85% of it away I only ate the hamburger meat and my dogs ate the rest of their hamburger meat for hamburger meat only and we still got cheese on the dogs Burgers terrible people terrible place Lufkin Texas gets a zero it's not even worth giving a star two McDonald's restaurant number 78962 gets a zero my order number was 07962 134 30407 to 22243 200-2335 I am horribly upset that I paid $23.35 for trash meal thanks a lot Lufkin Texas...
