I had never had a bad experience with this store. I loved it until a few days ago I took my daughter to buy some things. The value was $20 dollars and my daughter paid with a $100 bill, money that I had given her for her needs and she loved it. This store because her first purchases decided to be here and the person who served us did not want to sell us the things because she did not have change in her register. I asked her how do you not have change? It is a large store. I suggested that she talk to her manager so that he could bring her exchange because I work at dd's DISCOUNTS and always when the exchange is finished the manager fills in the money that is needed. But this manager just ignored me and left and didn't come back. I told him if you don't want to charge me for things then they are free or how are we going to do it? Do I need to buy these things? and she said I'm sorry I can't sell them to you. If you want them, buy a $20 dollar bill and I'll sell them to you. brooke is the cutest sweetheart ever. i waited in line for a good hour on a saturday afternoon, with even more people behind me- she was the only register open and still kept such a great attitude toward everyone she checked out, even if they were fussy from the wait. thank you, brooke, for the swift experience, regardless of how long the lines were!! i don't know how much she gets paid but it's definitely not enough for her...

Burlington is a great place to find what you need at a great price. Name brand and designer clothing and home goods. However, as it has been ever since they opened, they don't keep enough customer service on hand. Be prepared to wait a long time in he checkout line. The store could use some organization too.
