Arby's — Restaurant in Lumberton

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but I have to give credit where it’s due. At the Arby’s in Lumberton, Emily at the drive-through was absolutely exceptional. Too often, drive-through workers get a bad rap — people expect rushed voices, monotone service, or mistakes. But Emily completely flipped that stereotype upside down.

From the very first “hello” to the moment she handed me my order, her tone of voice, positivity, and upbeat energy made the whole experience stand out. She didn’t just take my order; she made me feel like a valued customer. Every part of the process was smooth, clear, and professional — but at the same time, warm and welcoming. That’s rare in fast food.

It’s not an easy job, especially in today’s world, but Emily handled it like a pro and made it seem effortless. She’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back, not just for the food, but for the service. Arby’s in Lumberton is lucky to have her, and I can’t recommend this location enough.

Went here today for loaded fries and chicken wraps. I did an online order for pickup. The fries were oversalted and chicken was petrified mostly batter with no meat, the wrap was saturated in ranch dressing.

Another customer was looking frustrated waiting on his order of fries, he finally took them and left. Something was definitely off today. Wish I would have gone somewhere else.

Came by last week to get the 5 sandwiches for $5 deal. I got home and opened the sandwiches I started eating one my wife did as well she said 'that tastes nasty!' She wasn't kidding. In its first week of operation in Lumberton, TX, our family has been here twice. Once was a drive-thru visit, the other a to-go order from inside the restaurant. The drive-thru line moves faster than it looks like it might, and inside, the counter crew is very good. Olivia was very patient with the family in front of us in line, and she was friendly and professional as we gave our order. During both visits, our orders were 100% accurate and the food tasty.
