Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lumberton

When I arrived around 11:40 only 1 pizza was out. I think the cook ended up being my server. Order an Arnold palmer and it turned out to b real sweet water. Then my silverware was dirty so I opted for a plastic fork. Pickup a plate to get my pizza and it was cover with salad dressing. Then I spilled my drink and was not offered any help from my real server so I cleaned it up myself. Then just b4 me spilling my drink the table in front of me spilled there's and the server who I think was the manager cleaned up there spill with no problem 🤔 then I asked did they still have Italian sausage pizza only to b told that there is a problem with production. Wat ever they substituted for sausage was nasty. The salad bar wasn't appealing at all the mini tomatoes was busted and it was mostly vegetables no fruit or egg selection like they use to have. We dined in and the place was super clean! The salad nar was stacked but we didn't eat it. We came for Pizza Hut pizza and wings! We bought the 2 medium pizza box with bread sticks and medium heat wings. Our 2 medium pizzas were ham/pineapple and pepperoni/sausage. Everything was hot! So much better than delivery and our Server was amazing! Very attentive on a Saturday night with us and pickups/deliveries. Loved that we were able to dine in. Going back??? Yes!! Everything tastes better right out of the oven, like a restaurant!! Super glad we dined in from a weekend of fun. And the price was WAY cheaper then restaurant prices!! All that with drinks under $30. And we took home 2 boxes of food. Next time we will do the smaller box and go halves on the pizza and that would be under $20 for 2!! I forgot how awesome Pizza Hut eat in restaurants are. We are now planning to eat at our local one for lunch for their salad bar...

Everytime we order from this restaurant there is an order mix up, it's delivered way too late and is cold, or when we go to the restaurant the staff is rude and seems to not care if they help you or not. I only remember having a good experience a couple times from this place. We actually had to contact the main Pizza Hut office to complain about the service of an order that was over $60 dollars. We waited over 2 hours for delivery and when it finally got here is was so cold it could not be eaten. We live 1/2 mile from the restaurant! When the delivery guy came to our door he looked as if he had been sleeping in his clothing and seemed unkept. He would not smile, did not apologize for being late and when I only gave him a $2,00 tip, he snorted at me as if it was funny. He better be glad he got that.
