The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. The girl taking orders in the drive thru sounds rude and annoyed from the start. She cuts you off while you are ordering and has an all around attitude. When I got to the window she told me my total, I held out my phone for her to scan, she looked at my like she was so annoyed scanned my phone and walked away. It took about 10 minutes to get my drink. I ordered the Pumpkin spice frap with Carmel drizzle and Carmel sauce. There was not Carmel drizzle or Carmel sauce, which i paid extra for. She handed me my drink and started to walk away, i asked for a straw, she turned around grabbed the straw and literally threw it out the window at me and then shut the window. I wasn't even going to ask for my drink to be fixed at this point due to the blatant attitude this girl had for no reason. But best believe I put in a complaint and got my refund. I will not be returning to this location, probably ever, even though it is right down the road from where I live. I will just go to one of the other coffee places in town. God forbid they have to do the job that they are getting paid to do. Iām a former barista so I understand things happen, you get busy, etc, totally understand that. However, there have been times where it takes much longer than I know it needs to make the drinks (like a simple peppermint mocha or caramel macchiato).
I also have to point out (and this is the main reason for the three star review) the last time we did an app order (evening of 1/9/2025), the estimated pickup time was 8:59PM. We got there a bit early and drinks were not ready yet. No biggie, figured they were working on them. However, we proceeded to sit there in our car for fifteen minutes (tried to give them time to see the order and give the benefit of the doubt and not go in there being jerks about the scenario) watching the closing shift fool around and fail to even realize an order had been placed (they had not even accepted our order, apparently). When they finally DID see the order and make the drinks, one of the two matches we ordered had clumpy powder and NO flavor whatsoever.

I paid for my drink and extra brown suger it was not put in there I've paid for extra in both are drinks and they don't put it in the drink there's times someone else made the drink and it was awesome some of the employees are awesome that gave been since day one and some that act like they've payed for my drink this particular store stopped giving extra in the little cups cause when you order it they still don't put it in there. They say they do. I've watched them make the drinks and they have not asked him to put the extra in my cup and they have not I've paid for the extra every single time that I've gotten it. I don't know if they stop doing it because of the cups that are being used I've always asked for pup cups times I've given me a small glass which why would you give someone a small glass like that for extra sugar when there's barely anything in it that's a waste of paper for the company a waste of cups now I can see that being a point now the pup cups that's what they should've used some of the employees act like there paying for my drink they have been rude more than once at the Lumberton store there are a few...
