Burger King — Restaurant in Lumberton

My husband ordered a number one meal but he was given a Burger wrapped in an impossible Burger rapper inside out as well as a junior Burger, while I got the fish Burger meal. I checked the burgers and realize we got one too many plus his head and impossible Burger wrap so we drove around and mentioned it to her she informed us that they have been wrapping the burgers with that impossible Burger wrap because I had run out of regular Burger wraps. Then we came home and I unwrap my fish burger and always I was mayonnaise and will take lettuce I ended up toasting my own bread putting my own lettuce and pickles on it they transferring the fish to it because the bun was overly soggy with all that...

This new location needs a better owner is all I can think. Even though it hasn't been open even a year yet there have been more than one occasion that the drive thru isn't functioning. There are a FEW staff members that are friendly and helpful but many who are not. There have been times when we would order something and be told that the owner won't let us make that item... I also cant usually get their location to pull up on the app even though they are advertising and encouraging customers to use it..... I really wish I could talk to the owner to try to make sense of what is going on because right now we just have a lot of frustration and tend to just avoid this one and use the one in...

So idk who decided to put the girl Marissa in charge of a crew. Everytime I go in she has an attitude with her crew and the customers. This is not just a one time thing. I went in last night and she was cussing at several crew members, and told them all they could even talk much less communicate with orders. She should not be in charge of anyone much less a shift. Absolutely not leadership qualities but yet she has no problem letting people go smoke right outside the door. Absolutely the worst experiences I have at that store is when she is in charge.
