Hardee’s — Restaurant in Luray

I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat after visiting the Luray Caverns, big mistake! We both had to use the restroom first before ordering, women's was out of toilet paper in both stalls, and the men's had a stagnant water smell accompanied with a fly infestation and moldy sink area. This should've been our sign to leave, but we were both starving and hadn't had Hardee's in over a year because we didn't have any near us. We originally wanted to dine inside, but every single table was filthy; it was shortly after lunch time so we thought "maybe they had a rush and haven't had the chance to clean." Placed our order and went to grab our drinks to discover a nasty, moldy ice machine atop the drink station, and this is when we knew we had made a mistake. Once we got our food, we went out to the car to discover cold fries that had likely been sitting for 20+ minutes, soggy chicken tenders and a cold burger with a burnt-to-a-crisp bun. We were so disgusted after walking out of there that we barely ate two bites before opting to toss it because of a loss of appetite. Save your money and go elsewhere for food in Luray, literally...

Poor people that work here can't get a order right for nothing. Asked for a number 1 combo, her reply was do you want that as a combo? Then we asked for a biscuit and gravy combo, her reply do you want that as a combo meal? We asked for ketchup, didn't get it had to go back up there. Asked for sweet tea and instead got spoiled tea that was dam near vinegar. But hey fast food workers deserve 15 an hour right...?

So a year later and we come back to this place and stood in line for 10 minutes while the manager argued and ran her mouth to her employees in a very LOUD and trashy manner. The lady in front of us had been standing at the counter for 25 minutes waiting for her change and her food was getting colder by the minute. If there isn't a change made this Hardee's will be like many others and close up forever. Made my last trip here. Gave it several chances and a bad experience on each trip. It just floored me that the manager was the one creating all the drama. She didn't care that she had customers in line...

I highly suggest to anyone hungry n dieing to just go ahead n die. The staff was loud obnoxious and soooooooo rude . Every single table in that joint was COVERED IN SALT N DIRT. We order a mushroom Swiss meal and a bacon cheeseburger meal we waited 45 mins. Then kid behind counter said oh I'll get it . Another 20 mins later still no bacon cheeseburger husband never got to eat we open burger there spit on it. Out of the employees there not one grabbed a broom or towel they weren't busy in lobby and food expidator keep leaving n making drive thru lady fend for herself then she had to do a refund. I suggest a whole new staff bc not one of them kids needs that job. Even an employee walked in to start his shift and said oh wow they haven't done anything. Sooooooo with that being said I will gladly come work there but I want management bc I'm firing everyone n starting fresh. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WILL NOT BE BACK UNLESS...
