Mrs B's Pizza — Restaurant in Luray

The most rudest customer service I had in a long time! My order was wrong. When I called the restaurant to discuss the order. On their website for each order there is a box to give specific request on the food. When I explained to the Manager that I was given wrong order, I only got 1 patty instead of the twin patty, also asked to omit the bread, (( I'm a diabetic)) the manager smirked back and said that when you ask for a burger usually that is what they do make it with bread. (( it was the way she said it with an attitude and a smirk)) I would expect for the Manger to at least be civilized and said (( I'm sorry for the inconvenience etc.)) Instead she makes fun of my request with an defensive attitude, I was the customer and was more calm in discussing the order than she was? If the restaurant gives the customer a choice to explain how they like their meal prepared, then it should be their duty to read and abide. To make fun of a customer not knowing the reason behind their request is beyond me? I will never order from this restaurant again and to be honest the food taste like it was froze bought and just warmed up to serve. I will be supporting other restaurants in our hometown. Will never buy from this restaurant again! What happened to good old fashion customer service? it is certainly out of the window with...

We didn't get to eat here so I can not really judge their food, however, we are not from Virginia and decided to stop by for lunch....there was a young man behind the counter and my husband and I were wondering what the difference was between their burgers...since mind you we are not locals and are from out of state so we didn't know. My husband asked the young man behind the counter what was the difference between the burgers....then a woman very rudely said "HE DOESN'T WORK HERE!" My husband apologized, like I said we didn't know, he was behind the counter....she then said it would be a moment but she was pretty rude about that too...a few minutes later nothing we were being ignored and we left. They probably would have spit in our food or something how rude they were usually people like that give bad service and end up messing with your food....oh and they really weren't "busy" ......wouldn't recommend them go...

I was very pleasantly surprised, and a bit awed at the food and service at this fine local eatery. We ordered the cheesteak special. I'm not easy to impress having made the sacred sandwich at a few joints in Atlantic City area and having frequented some notable joints in philly itself. Soft roll, steak not chopped ( Gino's style ), perfectly seasoned, a good american cheese, fresh well rinsed lettuce, worthy tomato slices, and important to us southerners ~ a decent quality mayonaisse.
