Dq step the heck up, Yet again "we have no toast thawed is your BASKET okay without?" I guess but can you toss in a few extra fries instead for the toast I'm paying for that you aren't providing? Appears Dairy Queen only comments back with an "I'm sorry" and makes no effort to actually address problems at the store.

UPDATE...all I got was attitude while the following was said. "Sometimes they change the recipe and so it just turns out that way", about gravy that comes from a packet with precise instructions (lie #1). Then, supposedly they no longer have the larger bags at all (lie #2), and the can't hand the box to the customer without the bag (lie 3) or theyve been breaking code for MANY YEARS. At the very least they could use some sense and hand it out long ways instead of upended.

1st off, I would not be reviewing here if they bothered to answer their phone for over an hour. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken strip basket with extra toast and gravy, which I pay extra for as expected. The gravy comes in a Styrofoam container with a plastic push on lid. I watched the girl choose a smaller bag and turn the boxup on it's end to place inside. She hands it to me and I immediately open it up to straighten the gravy since I have had that disaster before. Once I get tomu destination to eat I find that both container container what is basically gravy Flavored water. It rally is the consistency of water. I recommend contacting OSHA. Poor customer service, unkept and dirty appearance of some of the workers. Went through the drive-thru ordered three large sundaes, when I proceeded to the window an older black man who came to the window who looked as if he was either homeless or on some type of drug took my money. He handed me my sundaes with dirty hands, and dirt under his fingernails. He did not speak and handed me my three Large sundaes of various heights. I told him I had ordered three large sundaes, he rudely said they are large. I parked my car and went inside and showed the other workers my sundaes in which they stated they are way to small to be a large. The rude man was still at the drive-thru and never came back to the counter. The two girls corrected the problem and apologized.

Moving forward seeing the appearance of some of the workers and the rude service from that man OSHA, needs to come and shut this location down. I am very concerned about the safety of the food here if you have some staff who have an I don’t care attitude about the quality of the food. It makes me wonder is any of the food safe? Completely grossed me out. Will never return to this location and will be in touch with OSHA, to do a health and safety check on this location. Tonight was the 4th time in a month I have rushed to get off work to get to DQ before they close... I get there at 9:45-9:50 and their sign is still lit and they're supposed to be taking orders bc they don't close til 10. So there should be no issue since I have arrived before they close.... But they literally let me sit at the drive thru until right before 10pm without saying anything even though I know they can hear me speaking into the speaker trying to order and they just IGNORE ME. And then they turn the sign off while I'm still sitting there! It is INCREDIBLY RUDE! If I had known the staff here was going to be so shitty I would have driven to Mr Goodies up the road and gotten better ice cream in larger quantity for cheaper and they have no issues taking a customers order before they close at 10. It really pisses me off that this continues to happen here. There were 2 other cars in line behind me tonight trying to order before they closed and should have had ample time to do so but they just refuse take your order and don't even tell you they're closed..... They just let you sit there wasting your time for 10 mins just to shut the board lights off on you. It's so stupid and such bad business to do that. You lost a customer.
