I ordered DoorDash and paid extra to get it to my work before my meeting, I stood outside waiting after confirming with my doordasher he was about to pull in to come to realize 10 minutes had past and my meeting was coming up. The doordasher was sitting a couple streets over and canceled my order, so I call Nautical Bowls just to let them know what was going on to see if I could stop by later on to have it remade. I was pretty upset about it, and to be honest I wasnât looking for money back- just a bowl. Ava was absolutely incredible, she paid attention to every detail I said on the phone to her, she was very carrying and compassionate to understand my aggravation. Ava took my number down and told me she would talk to her boss Mark and call me back to let me know if there was anything they could do to help. Not even 6 minutes later my phone rings and itâs Ava, she told me they were going to remake my order and personally deliver it to me- she said to me âwe know you have a meeting so we are going to make this as fast as we can and get it right over to youâ. Less than 10 minutes Mark directly called me and confirmed where I was and stayed on the phone until he pulled to where I worked. He was so nice, so respectful, apologetic and professional. They also got me my bowl to me within 2 minutes of my meeting.
The Nautical Bowl team is absolutely incredible- I had been having a pretty rough overwhelming week, and Ava and Mark did everything in their power to make sure I was taken care of, and heard and paid attention to my concerns. Most places would have apologized and said âyouâre going to have to go through DoorDash sorryâ but Ava and mark didnt.
Thank you for your outstanding customer service. I will continue to always come to Nautical Bowls because of...
Read moreWhen we first saw promos for Nautical Bowls, we were excited. Weâre a family with food sensitivities so anything that is GF/DF/Vegan is a big draw. We were not disappointed when we had a chance to try our first bowl. We canât say enough about the friendly, friendly, friendly staff and owners. Walking into the shop always feels like being greeted by a friend. The shop is sparkling clean and welcoming. Apart from the service, we tend to focus on three characteristics that matter to us most when dining out: quality, convenience, and price. Good food usually only involves two of the three; if youâre getting all three, itâs probably not good food. When it comes to Nautical Bowls, the two characteristics that stand out are quality and convenience. Apart from the very engaging staff, warm owners, and impeccable dining room, Nautical Bowls provides excellent ingredients that are quickly prepared. When dining out, we sometimes pick up a Nauti Bowl on the way to another restaurant so that our food-sensitive family members can have a delicious meal, too. Weâre so glad Nautical Bowls is...
Read moreI got an opportunity to visit this spot for the first time, right before Christmas and OH MY WORD, it was really good. I didn't know what to expect and I made the decision to try whatever I ate, exactly the way it comes on the menu. I'm an extremely selective foodie so you'll know how huge that was. Lol. Anyway, the bowl was really good. It had a few different types of fruit, some granola, and an interesting item that was new to me called, chiya pudding (I think). The pudding was my least favorite ingredient not because of taste but rather the texture. The service was amazing! This beautiful family relocated to start their business and they were a breath of fresh air to meet. I'm sure I'll return to try more things; it's kinda what I do when I find something I like. Kudos Nautical Bowl and welcome...
