Reject the dinky dippers! Now I understand all the crummy reviews for this place!
Have come here quite a few times, most of the time ordering through the app on my lunch breaks. They've only missed a couple things in the past, and thankfully they were small items. But I really can't get over what I dealt with today.
I'm including pics of the new dipper burritos they have, and you can see how big they're supposed to be in the menu pic, as well as the multiple ads they have in the store and everywhere, online, etc. This is the second time I've got these now where the dippers are TINY!! Look at that, it's smaller than my finger!! Yet every ad shows them being much longer and not dinky looking. The first couple times I ordered these, they came long like in the picture.
I went in and talked to the person who made them, and her argument in her own words was 'It doesn't say Actual Size. That's not my fault, I didn't take the pictures. Take that up with marketing.'
Are you freaking kidding me?? YOU'RE the one making them, it's 100% your fault!! If someone is coming in to buy something, and it looks smaller than half the size compared to ALLLLL the pictures and videos found online, found on ads, found plastered around the store, and you're gonna tell me that alllll that advertising material is wrong, and that it's my fault for wanting the burrito to look he way it looks everywhere the company is spamming it?? Screw that!
0/10 on the explanation given, just make them the way the company clearly wants you...
Read moreI recently visited Taco Bell, and unfortunately, the dining experience was overshadowed by an overwhelmingly unpleasant odor that permeated the entire restaurant. The source of this offensive smell? The unmistakable scent of urine. As soon as I walked in, I couldn't ignore the pungent aroma assaulting my senses. It's shocking that a fast-food establishment, especially a well-known chain like Taco Bell, would allow such a repulsive smell to persist within its premises. The scent seemed to be omnipresent, lingering in the air like a heavy fog, making it nearly impossible to enjoy my meal. The restroom visit only added to my disappointment. The facilities were not only unclean but seemed to be a contributing factor to the dreadful smell. It's disheartening to think that the management would allow such unsanitary conditions to persist, especially in an area so closely linked to for reparation and consumption. I understand that fast-food restaurants may occasionally face challenges in maintaining cleanliness, but the smell of urine inside a Taco Bell is unacceptable. It not only ruins the dining experience but also raises serious concerns about hygiene and sanitation practices within the establishment. I hope Taco Bell takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. As a customer, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere when dining out, and unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of those...
Read moreIdk who made the hours but it says that your location is open until 1 am on Friday I just tried to go into the drive through and got into line at 11:55 more then an hour before close the people in front of me ordered 50 dollars worth of food and I got up to the menu at 12:00 and the menu turned black. Even if the hours are wrong and you close at midnight instead of 1am it is customary to finish the orders of who’s left in line. If you decided not to that’s fine I can understand it’s late your tired your done taking orders but the cherry on top is when I went to back out there were cones blocking my way and I was like damn ok so I tried to wait it out but there were 2 cars in front of me and I just got off a 8 hour shift at this point screw the food I just want to go home. So at this point I have to move the cones my damn self in the poring rain and take for ever to back out of your curved drive threw to leave. What I’m getting at is if your going to block off the drive threw take everyone’s orders or just don’t block the only other exit. And also change your hours or at least fallow them. I am never returning super...
