So where do I start. I went in to use my accumulated points to get a donut and use my husband's reward to get a large coffee. I had girl who was very nice scan the donut reward QR code.Then scanned the QR code from my husband to get large coffee. Which is cut and dry and simple, right. Well the owner or manager short stocky man interjected like I wasn't standing right there. Telling girl who was in training as per his conversation that was going on. NEVER accept a screen shot of a QR code because its FAKE and I was trying to get over! I said excuse me? Its obviously not FAKE because when it scanned it beeped and accepted to as a payment. And my husband and I share each other's point rewards. He proceeded to talk to girl with full staff of 8 or more behind him plus full room of customers that again it's FAKE again!! He looked at me and said he was going to cancel order and charge me! He already got paid through the 2 QR codes scanned and he wanted me to pay out of pocket again for same items which was a large coffee and ONE donut!! So if anything this MAN WAS ATTEMPTING TO BE THE THIEF!! Like double charging!! So while he tried to make me look bad in full store of employees and customers I was adorned with a Louis Vuitton bag and dressed very well ... he made him self look like a petty business man. He should think before reprimanding employees and treating a customer poorly . Very bad service by his stand point!! Even if I walked in wearing pj's and hair not done no customer should be treated this way!! I will NEVER ever come to this location...
Read moreThere should be 0 as an option because that's what I would give this place. It is not run very efficiently at all. I pay for donuts and don't get them. Today I went in and asked for large caramel iced latte with an extra shot and I instead received a large iced latte with 1 shot. The Lynhurst police officer who came in after me got his drinks before me while I had to wait extra time for my incorrectly made drink and 2 donuts while the Lyndhurst police officer who came in after me went on his merry way while I waited for my expensive incorrectly made drink. When I came back on my lunch break with my incorrectly made drink and explained the situation to the lady who expedited the police officer’s order who had come in after me, she was not apologetic, understanding or kind. She was very rude to me. I only go to this place because it is close to work. I go here 2-3 times per week and you'd think at the very least they would be kind and respectful. I would not return...
Read moreUse to come once a day if not more, always get the same thing then a short spanish lady starts working there at first she’s very nice until the one day she messed up my latte like didn’t put sugar in it seriously like not a big deal after that COMPLETE 360 every time i’d go in there she was very rude to me never made my latte right after that and always tries to skip over me in line. Started going less and less one sunday morning before work I usually grab some donuts for my coworkers as we are hair dressers I wanted a box of 6 S’mores donuts SHE TURNS AROUND TO THE GIRL HELPING ME AND HAD A MENTAL BREAKDOWN ABOUT HOW I COULDNT DO THAT BECAUSE THEYRE A SPECIALTY. Which is fine I would have paid extra but she didn’t even give me an option to. After that experience I am Soooooo0oo done with them, now I go to North Arlington where they’ll give me my damn s’mores donuts 🍩.
