I Was Super Excited This Jersey Mike’s Opened In my Area my experience was extremely horrible for the second time the women that does topping and wraps sandwiches was so rude talking about customers,cursing being very nasty and rude carrying on first time I thought she was just having a bad day but no absolutely not taking online order hanging up phone saying mean stuff -when your trying place a order and ask her for toppings she gets upset and dramatic about it when u ask for anything just unwelcoming she made me so nerves. I am shock’ she is a older women comes off as if she is a man and so very aggressive me and the man standing in line both said sorry to each other for how she made us feel I recommend any one to go to Rutherford Location Very professional and very welcoming and clean place nice staff she also doesn’t seem to let the other teens do there job she wants to run the show and sad that’s the example she is giving them on top of this all happening no one seems to have the energy to greet you to take your order the entire staff mainly her just seems bothered and annoyed rushed and I really didn’t expect that I even gave it a second chance as long as that women is there treating customers poorly most likely this location will be rated very poorly on customer service and it will backfire. #Disappointed! Better Customers Service Needed or order online to avoid that awkward experience! Big Pass On...

I only have the highest praises for this eatery, nay, this restaurant, nay, this gastronomic experience! The bread were as soft as the clouds of heaven as I first bit in, with it expanding my understanding of the depth and complexity of simple sandwich bread, with it being comparable to even Ezekiel's biblical loaf. I would like to continue with the equal balance of the crispness, and tenderness of the vegetables, and the sour bite of the pickles, perfectly balancing each-other out to create a thought-provokingly refreshing experience with each bite. The cheese, as well, was a perfectly complexly creamy and savory delight that added much needed contrast, as well as substance to the sandwich. As I am abstaining from meat for the holy times of March and April, I cannot attest to the recent quality, but from my memories of the heady days of eating from this fine establishment when it was first opened, it was delectable, and from what I have heard, continues to be. I would also like to compliment the service, as they were beyond kind: in my hunger-stupor, I mistook the staff for saints and angels. My every need was quickly and stupendously taken care of, and I was left with no wants or desires unfulfilled.

Generally speaking we’re fans of Jersey Mike’s. But – for whatever reason – this location absolutely stinks.

We’ve given them chance after chance and if we’ve ordered there 20 times since they’ve first opened… 15 times they’ve messed up. Four bags of potato chips were missing on one order. A sandwich was missing on another order. And even after we customize a sandwich on-line as well as put in the ‘notes’ on what to omit… our sandwiches will have those very ingredients. (And more times than not – an order slated to be ready at a specific time will take SO much longer than expected – even if there seems to be enough people behind the counter.)

As for the workers – it ranges between hard-working and respectful to the slouch that’s wildly unprofessional and continually cursing, without a care that there’s kids in line or sitting down eating.  (I get it that this is a part-time job but you can still take pride in what you’re doing and care.)

If only about 25% of our orders have been correct – that’s unfortunately an “F” and this location is desperately in need of...
