I normally don’t waste my time with reviews because I really don’t think managers/owners care AT ALL because you never see change, but, seeing how I need to now drive to a different Starbucks to get good coffee and SERVICE I thought I would post a review. This Starbucks USED to provide good coffee and service. but NOW their workers have attitudes which makes you want to jump out your car and show them what a real attitude is, because my final straw was I ordered a drink and it just FELT WEIRD because the girl didn’t ask questions or communicate with me it felt RUSHED when I asked questions, ( look, I get it, it’s a small establishment with a lot of cars passing thru but a customer should NEVER feel RUSHED ) the order board CLEARLY SHOWED I not ONLY ORDERED a venti but was also being charged for one, so when I got to the window they gave me a Tall I looked at her and said did you charge me for a Venti? Cause I ordered one and you’re giving me a tall … she responded back with ALL ATTITUDE, and THATS CRAZY to me because I’m purchasing an item with my hard working money, BTW no receipt was given to me to prove me wrong ). But, because it’s cold outside and I don’t want to be A KAREN in REAL LIFE I took my drink and left. The next day I tried ONE MORE TIME the girl doesn’t speak Clear English and the coffee was so bad I spit it out. In MY LIFE I have never spit out Starbucks coffee. You just get tired of waiting for change and then start getting BEYOND ANGRY because you feel like your being taken for your loot, because it’s gone down the drain. I have no idea WHAT CHANGED with this Starbucks in the last year …. But, I want no parts of it anymore and feel like going to another is the best...
Read moreI visited this store a little before 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I ordered as usual requesting that I could use my stars at the register. I was asked if I wanted whipped cream with my beverage which I answered yes to. When I got to the register, the drink was given to me without the whipped cream and when I requested it, the barista said oh you said no and took the drink back to rectify which was great. The barista went to charge me and did not press whatever they needed to press to use my stars and said I needed to mention it at the time of order which I had done and just wasn't paid attention to. My drink was given back to me with napkins as the cup was dripping everywhere and there wasn't even an apology. Unfortunately this was unacceptable and there was no mention of apology or mention to try to fix anything that went wrong. This location I think was the worst Starbucks location I've visited as far as service and I've been to quite a few locations across the franchise. I think it could've just been a one time situation but still a cause of concern where as a paying customer there...
Read moreIf I could give this Starbucks ZERO stars I would. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING human beings. By that I mean RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. SO MUCH ATTITUDE & for what? Literally for NOTHING. It’s your job to take a coffee order, and to correct it if you made it incorrectly especially since we’re paying crazy money for our coffee now. $8 for a latte?! LOL so yeah i expect exceptional coffee. Not only that if you’re a drive thru ONLY, WHY ARE YOU SO DAMN SLOW? They literally take one car at a time rather than just taking each car as the line goes and service everyone as they go. And their excuse ? There’s only 2 of us when there is clearly 3-4 of them working. So if you want to wait on the drive thru line for over 15 minutes be my guest but you must leave your house 30 minutes earlier than usual so you’re not late to work or whatever else.
I also forgot to add even if you mobile order you’d have to order 30 minutes prior because you get there and have to WAIT still another 10-20 minutes. Literally the SLOWEST starbucks i’ve...
