Wendy's — Restaurant in Lyndhurst

jennifer made me cry. she said wendy was in the back and told me to wait. jennifer said wendy would be there soon. then jennifer came back and said wendy was helping with the fries. i thought it was nice of wendy to help her servants. a humble ruler. jennifer said wendy was a bit busy. an hour passed. jennifer said wendy was constipated and would be a bit longer. jennifer said wendy wanted me to buy everything on the menu but i wasn’t sure. jennifer said if i wasn’t ready to commit to wendy then i should just leave. i bought everything on the menu and started eating. i started with the french toast. i’d love to say i enjoyed it so i will…..say that. two hours passed and i was munching on the burger. it was cold and a bit undercooked but maybe that’s how wendy likes it. jennifer said wendy was preparing herself to look good for me. i told jennifer to tell wendy she’s perfect already. it was four hours at this point and i was close to tears. jennifer said her shift was ending and to just give up the act already. i asked what she meant. jennifer told me wendy didn’t exist and wendy was never there in the first place. i cried and cried while everyone watched and laughed. jennifer left me there surrounded by the cold food she made me buy. i had no money to get a taxi home so i had to sleep outside the wendy’s. jennifer stepped over me on her way in the next day. i screamed and cried at her but she just locked me outside. i was hopeless and wendy was not there. jennifer broke me. i curled up and cried outside that wendys till it opened again and i went back inside. i had tap water for breakfast. it was green. jennifer kicked me out as i cried some more. don’t...

I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s late night (10-1am) for years now because that’s the only place open on my way home.

I order the same thing. #2 large and 6 piece nuggets (don’t judge lol) I ask for 4 bbq and 3 honey mustard. Sometimes they don’t say anything and then the person giving me my food gives me less sauces than what I asked for. Then I check the bag and wait for the person to help me again so I can get the sauces I asked for.

This time I asked for the same and the person taking my order said “ for a 6 piece?” I responded “ yes, I use them for the whole meal” Then they replied “ We can’t give you that many” I said “You can charge me if you like and play I’ve ordered here many many times and this was never an issue or a discussion “ Worker replied “ok pull up” So they proceeded to charge me and then gave me 4 bbq only. I asked for the 3 honey mustard and they gave me a push back and he said his boss told me he can’t. I returned the whole meal, after it was in my car.

This customer service is really bad! Why not give me what I ask.. I’ll pay whatever and I’ve came here many times , never this severe of an issue.

Is this a policy?!? Anywhere else you go they’ll charge you for guacamole or whatever that’s extra .

Just lack of communication and I honestly don’t think I was asking for a lot here, just what I ordered that you said fine and...

Whenever I come to this Wendy’s I ask for my biggie bag to be bagged separately from the other orders. You shouldn’t have to ask to be separated it should be common sense that if there is an order of 2 plus biggie bags ( I usually buy 5 ) it should be separated individually. And one more thing but most importantly.. I don’t see them wear gloves.. I know COVID ended etc etc but still.. just pay attention next time you are on the drive thru and see how they touch their faces how they touch all and put their hand on the ice and cover from your cup and drink from that. I mean .. gloves I think should be worn at all times no matter if your work with the drink and the ice .. you still end up putting your bare hand in the ice .. take a look at the video to see what I mean .. sorry but i don’t like hand soda guy to touch my drink cup with bare hands touching ice 🧊 😑 .. ps .. not trying to get anyone in trouble but ! It’s imperative that management steps in a provide gloves ( I’m sure they have) and make them use it .. ALWAYS please.. and face mask because when you speak 🗣️ spit might come out of their mouth. This is good that I put into my stomach as everyone else and it should be taken...
