Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lynn

PLEASE stop allowing people who don't understand English to take orders. They ask me to repeat my simple order over and over. What's so difficult about a large hot regular?? I'm not saying this to be mean. But I'm tired of ordering something and having to adjust it at home because they continue to get it wrong!! It's not just this location either. It's either the person taking the order, or the person making it. Can't you make the stickers in both English and Spanish? 85% of the people who work there are very sweet and friendly. It's just the language barrier...

Easily one of the most chaotic Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it.
