The Superbeef (roast beef) sandwich on onion roll with sauce & cheese was excellent tasting. The only issue is the menu says $5.99 but I ended up paying over $10 just for the sandwich, not the dinner. When I questioned the price, I was told the menus were 10 years old & before the pandemic. Yes, I get it EVERYTHING has gone up due do the 41 year high inflation & all, but take the outdated menus off the counter. Nice people, pleasant attitude, but come on, update your menus!

I can't say more, how delicious their food is. My favorite is the haddock dinner, crisp to perfection, abundant fries. That need no ketchup, and it looks like their own cole slaw, a nice heap, that is absolutely tasty, just enough zing, more carrots than most, and chopped different than stringy cabbage normally is. The pizza is good too. If you e never been( I've been going once a week since a friend told me about it a month ago.. 😆

ordered 2 small calzones which were over 10 dollars a piece. the menu says 10 inch calzone which makes you think its a round calzone but it is really a 10 inch pizza folded in half cut into 4 slices. would of just ordered 1 large instead of 2 smalls if i knew this. food quality is good just wish they specified the size a little better so you know what you are getting.

Dont get me wrong the food is incredible but the customer service is horrible and they are not equipped to multi task. They tell you 45 minute wait for delivery but in actuality it takes up to 2 hours. I waited an hour and a half for my food. Have to call 4 times before someone finally answers and doesn't hang up on me and they tell me sorry we are extremely busy your food is going in the oven now i can have it to you in another 45 minutes (mind you i was driving by, i was actually just going to pick it up since i was on my way to get my children and it was completely dead they were sitting around chit chatting) i asked if they were going to discount my food seeing as it had now already been 2 hours since first ordering my food and he rudely said no do you want it or not we arent accountable for traffic. 2 hours all for 2 subs smh. And this wasnt even the first issue i have had with them. They should not offer delivery if they cant handle it. Pick up is just fine. The food is incredible but very very pricey and it isn't worth it to be...

What a great Friday night we had. The older feller who appeared to be running the place was awesome. He was so pleasant and kind to my whole family. (He even told me to be patient with my kid. Because they turn out well later in life.) Well, all of the staff was great. Including the BIG guy who I think was doing delivery's for the restaurant. The longtime cook from I forget what country. He was awesome, too. Like, we didn't expect such friendly service on the east coast to a tourist family like ours. We had eaten at so many good restaurants along our trip. This was everyone's favorite food. Their Dole lemonade was the best lemonade I have ever drank. The kids agree with that statement too.

Back to the food. Everyone ordered different dishes to even include a pizza. The servings were MASSIVE. Each of us had so much left over and no microwave in our hotel to take the extra food with us. We certainly wanted to, though.

I thought the prices were incredibly cheap for what we got. I was actually shocked at the low...

My husband and I used to order from here several times a week. Over the last month or so the food quality has gone downhill somewhat, but still edible. Tonight we received a pepperoni pizza wicked undercooked and soaked in grease. Truthfully, it was not for human consumption, it was disgusting. I reached out to GrubHub, who we ordered through, who reached out to Primos. Their response? 'Its like that from the cheese and pepperoni, if we send another one it will just be the same.' Ummm...what?! Its undercooked because it has cheese?? The also stated they would only refund if I took the entire pizza back to the store. If I was free to run to your store I wouldn't have paid for delivery. I also called within 5 minutes of it being delivered. Grubhub gave me a $10 credit for my next order, so it's not a total loss. I'm so disappointed that this is how they treat long time customers. Looks like my money will be spent elsewhere...
