I’ve ordered from this place several times because the food is genuinely delicious—but I’m done giving chances. The first time I ordered on Uber Eats, I specifically asked for no cilantro on the tacos. They still sent them with cilantro. I called the restaurant to let them know, and instead of apologizing, they were extremely rude and dismissive. They literally said, “What do you want us to do?”—as if following simple instructions was too much to ask. Since then, I’ve continued to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the same issue keeps happening. Every single time I write NO CILANTRO clearly on the order, and every single time they ignore it. How hard is it to leave out one ingredient? It’s honestly frustrating and disappointing. It doesn’t matter how good your food is if you can’t respect your customers or follow basic directions. The food was excellent but I have never liked the service at all, there is a girl who is very rude and it has always been like that, several times I did not give her much importance just because the food was very good but definitely today was the last time I go to this place ,she saw me and it took almost 20 minutes to serve me knowing that I arrived first, although the food is delicious I will not return to this place. I first discovered this place when I was working up in Lynn one afternoon and decided to stop by for lunch. Having recently visited Mexico City, I was craving the style of authentic tacos I had while I was there. This place absolutely delivers. The suadero tacos are my favorite and, in my experience, are not easy to find around here.

This past weekend I had them cater my birthday party. Carlos and his crew threw together an order of 60 tacos, rice and beans, chips, salsa, and guac that all of my friends were raving about. I will definitely be having future parties catered by them.
