Fauci's Pizza — Restaurant in Lynn

I called for a delivery at 915p Jacob took my order which was a Steak and cheese Sub a Steak Bomb sub and a small fry - What showed up at my house was a steak and cheese calzone a steak bomb sub and a small fry - I told the delivery driver I didn't want it they messed up he told me to call fauci's so I did thinking my order would be fixed. When they answered I got some rude man yelling at me that if the order is messed up it's not his fault he just showed up to work at 10:40p (when my delivery finally arrived) when the store close at 12:30p - i ended up telling the man on the phone many times I didn't want the order and he asked to speak to the delivery driver so I handed him my house phone - 10 mins later - and a long story short I still ended up paying 23 bucks for an order I didn't want that ended up in the trash !!! They have awful customer service I can't believe what happen did !! #HustledByThePizzaGuy #YouUsedToBeGreat but now I'm left pissed off and hungry I can't order anywhere else because it's now to late for delivery and most places are closed thanks a lot fauci's...

Usually very good. Used to go more often it's been a bit. Got a small pepperoni for my daughter little heavy on the cheese. (not asked for)not happy but can live with it. She ate it. then tried a new pizza to us. The artichoke one. Spent $25 for this specialty pizza and which was listed to have roasted red pepper, artichoke, chicken, spinach and carmalized onion. There was not enough red pepper to even have a tiny morsel on half the slices. I had to pick off, cut and spread out to get a taste on every slice (barely) no artichokes(which is in the name) barely any spinach. A few melted leaves in there. Also got the sampler. Listed it said chicken fingers, wings, green bean fries, coconut shrimp and mozerella sticks. We got no green bean fries, but instead some little fried balls( still not sure what they are) and 2 macaroni bite instead.not terrible but not what I ordered and paid for specifically. Before I go any further, just know any criticisms leveled at this eatery will be met hours later by the establishments owner. Whether he was present during said order or not but I digress. I wanted to try this place. I first had their pizza at a charity event. The pizza fell well below my expectations but I have high standards. I then heard they have good calzones. I called because their price online was really low and I wanted to make sure it would be enough. The woman said it should feed two people might have leftovers. I get there it was $10 more than it said online and it was huge. I was a bit annoyed but if it was good whatever. It was cooked maybe 70% of the way. (real doughy) It reminded me of 2 ellios frozen pizzas on top of eachother. The sauce is sweet which I like but they also sweeten the crust. I would rate it 2 out of 10. I heard their cheesesteak calzone is their best. I will have to try that because the sweet crust could be good on that. I would never order their pizza or thier chicken...
