Trio's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lynn

I struggle writing this review.

As you can see from my ratings, the food is excellent, the atmosphere pretty good.

I love the fact they're open late.

The staff...

Well, I own a company and the first give away at Tios is the staff I interact with (usually after 9:30 pm) is not friendly, engaging and horribly depressing.

Even when the food is outstanding, I ask myself "why would I come to a restaurant where the staff is obviously unhappy, rude and depressing?"

At their bar tonight. I'm the ONLY one in the restaurant. Watching a baseball game. The wait person walks up and changes the station.

Hmmm.

Didn't ask me if that was OK. Didn't ask if I was watching the current game that was n̈.

A few minutes later I had to confront.

The rest is history. I told bartender and wait person I was going to go tell management about this issue.

They told me that I was being "threatening" After giving it a 2nd thought, if the staff tonight doesn't change their attitude, the owners will eventually go out of business. Is that threatening? ...

I went there after attending a baby shower...I must admit I was impressed...They were able to find us a table even though the place was pretty crowded...Though we were close to the bar, we had a beautiful waitress who took our food and drink order...We ordered a grande Picadero (for 5 of us) which was delicious...After we ate, we danced the night away til it was time to leave...The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they...

Sábado en la noche estamos buscando por un poco de divercion y terminamo en este lugar. no se pone en abiente como asta la 11:30pm el lugar un poco sobre cargado de personas para su capacidad, el DJ terrible mesclando la mucica, no es capas de leer la audiencia del lugar y aparentemente pone la mucica de su agrado no la del publico que esta consumiendo. los precios de las bebidas aparentenente son rasonable, un shot de tequila $7, cerbesa $4.50, Mojito $11, Margarita $9 pero las Margaritas y los Mojitos estan sobre cargado de azucar y ni siquiera le siente el alcohol, como ai no le pucieran mada. ahora cuando tiene que tener cuidado es cuando pide la cuenta, asegurate de chequiara los dos recivos la copia que te dan para firmar y la copia que te dan para tu recor, no asuma que las dos copias tienen la misma informacion porque es una estafa, la que firma no especifica que ya esta incluido un 22% de tips solo dice el total y tu inocentememte e agrega nuevamente tips y termina pagando doble, mi toral era de $159 con el tips incluido y yo le afeegue oteos $25 sin saberlo y termine pagando un 40% de tips, asegurece de chequiar las dos copias antes...
