Subway — Restaurant in Washington

All Subways are supposed to be the same, right? Theoretically, yes, but in reality there are major differences depending on the manager and his/her attitude. The 164th St location is the example of a perfect Subway with a great manager, dedicated employees, delicious food, and happy customers. It all starts with Raj, who always has great attitude and greets all customers with a smile. No matter how busy he might be, he is never rushed. He always takes extra care to prepare my sandwich, carefully placing all ingredients - it's much fun to watch him do it as he is a true professional! Raj is also great in training his employees, giving them advice and showing all "tricks". The place is always very clean and well organized, radiating positive energy. worst experience ever. First time trying this subway’s location after a long time of not eating it. First off, I asked if that’s guac and the lady worker responded with mashed avocado then i said ok add it. Turns out it was charged an extra dollar and i was not notified. I told her oh i didn’t know there’s a charge for that. she said “if you look at our menu, it says that”. excuse me? so rude, i literally asked you what’s the topping before adding to my sandwich. I look above and scanned through and i couldn’t even see where does it say there is an extra charge. I told her the menu is too big and i was making my sandwich. It was too late, she already wrapped it and I paid $10 FOR A HALF SUB TUNA SANDWICH WITH LOW SERVICE. never going...

I don't know why the subway customers service is very bad. I have tried many different locations but the stuffs were very rude everywhere. Today I came to this location on 164th streert the guy who made my sandwich was this fat Indian black guy I was ordering the sandwich he was telling me do not touch the mirror just tell me waht to add I was like sorry and than I told him to add some vegetable and i said thats it but I forgot to add another thing and he was mud why did you said that's it , it mean your done you don't want anything els and he was making me fun for adding some vegetable.
