Buen Sabor Pupusas — Restaurant in Lynwood

They take long to take your order.The waitress doesn’t pay attention. I ordered 2 Pupusas and she brought me one. She said that she only heard 1 and that were humans we all make mistakes. I’m like cool but when she brought the wife’s food she brought an entirely different order. We asked for casamiento and she brings refried beans and bananas on the side. I get we make mistakes but twice to same customer i doubt that i think she just wasn’t paying attention. So when i told her we didn’t order this and we don’t want it she said we can’t cancel it and if she does she gets in trouble. How is that our fault? Why should we pay for her mistakes? Then she said she made another mistake in not telling us there was no more casamiento. Really 3 mistakes yet she kept on insisting it was our fault for not specifying what we want. I don’t know how more clear can we can be when she brought the menu and we pointed out what we wanted there was actual pictures there. So finally when we were leaving she tried pulling a fast one and tried charging me for the plate we refused. From 17.00 she was jumped up to charge me 28.00 i was like nope I’m not paying for ur mistakes. So after i payed she said don’t come back again we don’t need customers like you. Worst experience ever I was so excited for today my sons birthday Sunday April 26 gathered few family members trying to look for a place to order good pupusas went based on the review little did I know I was coming across a rude dark short skin lady that over charged me for 30 pupusas I was ok with it if guess.... came home to find out there was only 26 and one small bag of curtido for only 5 pupusas no pupusas sauce called lady to fix my order she said she couldn’t do anything about it and hung up on me. Drove to the restaurant to prove to her that the order was incomplete and if there was more curtido and she said I must of taken it out or taken it from the bags accusing me of stealing when I only wanted to fix my order and receive what I payed for. This is so upsetting because now I have to go out of my way to place an order elsewheres never ever coming here again ! This is the worst experienced I've ever had in a US restaurant. This placed reminded of a TJ restaurant I went to and had to leave right away because the sanitation was really bad. This Salvadoran restaurant is so filthy and full of flies all over the food in the kitchen area because the back door was opened. It was disgusting so I asked to cancel the order and the rude lady said no. I left without any food and had to call my credit card to dispute the charge. I was extremely surprise it has a grade of A.
