I’ve given Casa Jimenez more than one chance, but after our most recent visit, we’re never going back. My daughter isn’t a fan of this place, so we decided to get her food from across the street before heading into Casa Jimenez. My husband stayed in the car to wait for us, but as we were about to get out, a lady on the phone started yelling at us, saying we couldn’t park there. We calmly and politely explained the situation, but she kept shouting and even threatened to call the police and have our car towed. It was incredibly unnecessary and rude.
This wasn’t the first time we’ve had issues with the way they treat their customers. If they mess up an order, they blame us for not being clear enough, which is frustrating and unprofessional. The service is slow she takes forever to refill the chips drinks and get the next round of orders. And when you do ask her for a refill its like she has to go across the street to get the stuff.
