I should be giving zero stars but won’t allow me but selling items that cost over 400 dollars and come out defected still charge you the restocking fee and when you tell them that not your fault that the item came out defected the manager just laughed in your face and tells you that it’s funny to him because he’s repeating what he said that he needs to charge you the restocking fee worst customer service that I have received from a manager at any store then he still wants me to drive to other stores to see if they have the item in stock to get me a exchange the time that I went to the store was 5pm when the manager was on duty smh Not only that the parking lot all dirty with trash everywhere WORST STORE EVER THE SMALL MOM AND POPS HAREWARE STORE GIVE BETTER...
