I went and purchased a jacket as a present and had to exchange it. When I asked the sales associate for a different size (plus size, 3xl) she simply said we dont have any so I cant help you. She just kept making excuses. This interaction made me furious. Anyways, I'm never giving my business to this place again. I felt ripped off and used by the time I was out of there.

Ps you can only exchange within seven days, once, and can only recieve store credit or exchange for another in store item.

The associates are super helpful and friendly. The store is very big and clean and very well organized. Hand sanitizer available. I love the selection of shoes and apparel.
