McDonald's — Restaurant in Lynwood

I Had a very bad experience here at this mcdonald's location the workers from morning shift all the lady included the lady manager are very rude and disrespectful I will never come here again my daughter and I had to use the restroom and I was told we needed to wait but the way we were told she screamed at us in Spanish 3 times we needed to wait very loud and really mean and after she had us wait 10 minutes for the code to the restroom then she tells us no we could not use it. No one was using it nor was it being clean they didn't let us just to be mean and for my food they had me wait over a 1/2 hour to get my food and I had dine in I know they did that on purposes i had ask to speak to the manager but she also was very rude and the lady who given the customer there food also it was like they all ganged up on me i felt so disrespected and hopeless because there was nothing been done please avoid this mcdonald's location on Atlantic in the city of Lynwood CA these 3 lady are very rude and disrespectful. And also please get workers who can speak English and Spanish not just Spanish and as for my cup of coffee I had to return it 2 times because the first cup was cold and the second cup was not the correct amount of sugar nor cream and when it was given to me she practically threw at me I was very upset and I am a grown adult so there is no need to speak to me like it I'm a kid if they do not like their job then why work here or if they are having a bad day that is not my fault I am very upset on what had happened I just wanted to have a good morning and eat some breakfast with my daughter as she wanted mommy and daughter time but instead these 3 lady's got me very upset I hope no one else goes through what I experience. In these 2 pictures I post the 3 lady are there the cashier the manager and the lady who was serving the food I was treated horrible here and my food was cold my coffee was cold and I had wait 45 minutes for my food and when I received it she practically threw at me and I couldn't even ask for some contaminates because just for that I waited 20 minutes and they acted like it was coming out of there pockets and they here you because they look at you with that ugly face like it I was bugging and I had ask not just 1 employee not just 2 employee but 3 of them and all are very rude disrespectful and mean and to top it all off the mcdonald's was not full at all so I maybe have understood if they were to busy but no that not the case I hope something can be done because it was not right at all on how I was treated and well as my daughter all I ordered was 1 cup of coffee and some plane pancakes with a chocolate milk so I was not a lot that I had ordered but still should have not been treated...

This is the worst Mc Donald's I've been to. The past 3 times I have had issues with the food and the employees. They can't pack a bag of food properly without smashing your burgers, they can't even make a simple cheeseburger that lines up straight because my bun and cheese are usually half way on the burger with the other half exposed, I've called to speak to the manager and she didn't care about any of my issues, and when I've called the 800 customer service number I've been told the Franchise owner would call me and they haven't. I forgot to mention, there was an issue with the app and it said I needed to go into the store. There were so many customers standing around with NOBODY at the front counter. I finally loudly ask the people in the back if there was anybody that could help us and nobody turned around but somebody said somebody would be there soon. Nobody ever came to the front counter and the customers looked upset. It's obvious the owner doesn't care and it trickles down to their emloyees. I highly recommend you keep driving to the next Mc Donald's. DON'T EAT AT...

Hi everyone why I give it to stars the only thing I like from here is the coffee and my kids love eating here chicken sandwiches the chicken nuggets the grill chicken sandwiches and the cookies are the best but every time I visit at this office all the teams members and the manager you’re too busy to chatting about the drama .I think that is unprofessional of them especially when you have customers in front of you they talk and being on their personal phone and texting at the same time when customers are there they need to pay attention to the orders when they are ready to come out ..I also noticed the manager is joking around with team members so that’s unacceptable unprofessional of the manager ....I go around during the week around 8:30 PM I forgot her name I just know she’s a female not paying attention to the orders into the team members what they’re doing they always give me wrong items in my order but I like being honest and tell him this is not mine they say I’m sorry what a...
