Panda Express — Restaurant in Lynwood

STAY AWAY.. .. I don't understand this place I have been coming here for years, always terrible attitude from the employees. I KEEP GOING thinking it will get better. But it Gets worse. I think they go out of their way to hire the worst employees possible the food is decent VERY OVERPRICED for what you are getting. The main problem here is not the food it is the attitude of the horrible employees almost to the Point of arguing . I try to avoid this restaurant as much as possible in the last 10 years this place has had the worst service and the worst employees ever there doing nothing to correct them they just replace them with worse people and worst service and terrible attitudes. I will video record my next vist. And upload it for people to see. Update went back they were not rude to my surprise. But the food was decent 👌. It wasn't as fresh as I remember 😕. But still ok to eat. The service was a big improvement but still needs polishing. The tables were actual clean. Not horrible...

I ordered online to "save time" my order was supposed to be ready 10 min after I placed it. I got there early so I sat in my car and waited because my kids fell asleep on the way. I went in at the "ready time" and the food wasn't ready. I went back out to my car and waited another 5 min and it still wasn't ready. I went back in a 3rd time now almost 15 min past my "ready time" and they finally were scrambling to get me my food. I went out to my car and checked my order. They forgot 3 entrees. I had to go in the store a 4th time to get this corrected. The manager was dismissive and didn't even apologize for their mistake. I didn't get offered anything and didn't even get a fortune cookie with my order. Overall terrible service. I would have been helped a lot faster if I would have just walked in and ordered. 🤮🤮🤮 YUCK. The employees were unfamiliar with their own online ordering system and spent alot of time trying to figure it out, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering and paying online in advance. I paid extra for a shrimp entree that ended up being a whopping 5 flavorless, dry inedible shrimps. My broccoli and beef literally had one tiny piece of beef in it. I ate it before I took a picture. I didn't know it was possible to ruin orange chicken but they managed that too. They forgot sweet and sour sauce for the wontons so those went to waste. Not even going to try the noodles because if everything else was disgusting those probably are too. How the food could be gross and flavorless at the same time I have no idea. They ruined 3 people's dinners tonight. Do yourself a favor and go...
